The sink in the bathroom was a little grimy and the shower was difficult for me to use (however, my husband figured it out).

It's located for cruise ship traffic, so not a ton of local shops nearby. There is a grocery store that is solid on Osterdokskade, about a 10 minute walk away.

The AC was not sufficient to cool the room, even with outside temperatures in the 50's (Farenheit). We had a small portable fan, but it was still uncomfortable in the room.

People are allowed to be naked in the sauna. Three person room costs similar to a two person room but the third "bed" is a sleeping couch and there were not extra pillows for the third person, but instead the third person got one of the four pillows from the beds.

On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. They were always ready to help and created a pleasant atmosphere. The location of the hotel is also amazing – very convenient and close to downtown, which made it easy to explore the area and get around without any hassle. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a lot of variety and plenty of options to choose from. I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. The bathroom was not properly cleaned and looked dirty, which is not what I expect from a hotel of this level. There was also noticeable dust in the main room, suggesting that housekeeping wasn’t as thorough as it should be.

Excellent location - just a 3 minute walk to the Central Station. Room was spacious and had beautiful view over the canal. Perfectly equipped and very comfortable. Breakfast was quite sumptuous! Guests really need a strategy as there is such a wide variety of food on offer!

Nothing at all really. It is a little bit away from the center. So, unless you are renting a bike, there will be a lot of walking. I don't mind that at all! So I have nothing bad to say! I enjoyed my stay.

I liked everything about it. We were running around and just arrived from Copenhagen and was really tired. The staff was nice and the room was large, clean and comfy.
