We had a great stay here but the beds were uncomfortable and after complaining to staff about the springs hurting my back they put a thick cover over it instead of replacing the mattress or changing rooms for me. It was fine but still not very comfortable. Everything else was perfect, the room was clean, and the shower was lovely! Uncomfortable beds

Room size and big bed. Bathroom was also spacious. Loved the Clipper teas. The light switches and sockets were exactly where they should be and plenty. There was no bottled water in the fridge, the water from the tap is drinkable but cld water in the fridge would be a bonus.

The beds were so comfortable and it was very clean. The neighbourhood is really quiet and isolation in hotel was perfect. Also the blackouts were super good! Super lication, ypu can get to center very easily. I would definitely stay here again!!! Maybe it was a bit cold when they turn on the ventilation but it gets warmer very quickly when you turn it off. And I was missing some slippers.

The location was good as it was a very simple to get to the city centre and only took about 30 minutes max. The food at dinner was very nice as well. All of the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The room was amazing and felt very safe The shower could have been cleaned a bit more

A little bit noisy, but a very efficient air conditioner. It should be taken into account that a nearby bus goes once per 30 minutes.
