Some mold in the bathroom and a bit noisy in the evening.

No room service

Location, staff, breakfasts, Room attendant didn’t know the difference between hand soap and hair shampoo conditioner and body lotion. Had to request toilet paper twice over 2 days.

This place was amazing for location and hospitality. Absolutely perfect in my opinion. I met some great staff there. Had the opportunity to chat and get to know quite a few people. Made some amazing memories. No complaints

Cool design, comfortable beds and very nice and helpful staff. The location of the hotel is also excellent. I can pick this hotel again. Several rooms really need technical service. We had to change room twice. Room one: it was a leaking from the bathroom. Room 2: the aircondition didn't cool down the room properly. Room 3: the sink was clogged and the light from the mirror was blinking.

The property was in an excellent location, the lobby was newly renovated and looked amazing. They have new restaurant and bar that was opening the night we arrived, and it looked amazing. Over all we loved the hotel. My only complaint is the beds. We wanted a king or queen bed, but they gave us a bed we thought was a queen but it was actually a double pushed tougher with these little single person comforters rather than one large comforter to cover the entire bed. The bed kept sliding away from each other and it made for a very uncomfortable sleep, and a cuddle session was out of the question. Otherwise we loved the hotel, would definitely stay there again, but only if we could get a bed that is ONE mattress and once comforter. Staff was exceptionally nice, hotel is quite beautiful and the location is absolutely perfect being a few hundred feet from Rembrandt Square. Overall I'd still give them FIVE STARS GET RID OF THE SMALL SINGLE PERSON COMFORTERS AND THE BEDS THAT SPLIT DOWN THE MIDDLE. THAT WAS HORRIBLE.

They were kind and nice Nothing

The room was fresh and new It does not meet the standard of a true 4-star hotel. While the property looks appealing at first glance, my experience with the check-in process, basic service requests, and housekeeping was disappointing. First, my room was not cleaned for several days. At no point during check-in was I informed that housekeeping had to be requested in advance. Second, I asked twice, on two separate days, for an iron to be brought to my room, but it never arrived. When I went to reception, staff were unable to locate anyone responsible for handling this request and instead directed me to use an ironing facility on another floor. As I was attending a conference at NYX, I needed to iron my outfit, but the available iron was in poor condition and I was concerned it might damage my clothes. Finally, the pillows were very uncomfortable. A colleague of mine requested a softer pillow, but this request was not addressed either. Overall, the service fell short of expectations for a hotel in this category and price.

The location is great and the room was also spacious (executive room). Self-check-in worked well and our room was ready on time. Room itself was beautiful (except bathroom) So this is important info for all couples traveling: The bathroom has a glass door, with the toilet right next it. The milky part doesn't go all the way to the bottom of the door. So, effectively, you can see your partner sitting on the toilet from the bed, and when entering the room. I don't know who designed this, but it's beyond weird. This is also not clear from the images on booking. Also, to makes things worse: the doors are installed the wrong way, so you can perfectly see inside, but from the bathroom not outside (see pics). Bathroom was several degrees colder than the room, we couldn't get it to heat up. The towels smelled musty.
