Great welcome by the staff. The apartment takes the whole top floor with view over the flower market on Singel canal and the bedroom at the back. Very central location. We appreciated having a washing machine. Note: very steep traditional steps: not suitable for people with mobility issues and for heavy luggage (unless you got good muscles). We'd stay there again. The property did not address our security concerns and we had to make sure to lock away our valuables all the times. Other guests walked into the apartment (fortunately we were there) because the lock security code was the same as the other flat. Someone came to address the issue straightaway but left the same code in place. When asked, the owner focused on the honesty of their team, ignoring that they can't guarantee the honesty of other guests.

Amazing location, nice view from the apartment. Everything nearby. Place was clean. Sofa bed was broken. The end of the bed kept collapsing, which was loud and quite startling, not ideal to have to fix it multiple times in the night. Toilet didn’t flush properly. Very steep and narrow staircase to the top floor.

Loved the location, in the centre of everything. Very helpful host. Lovely apartment, couldn't fault it. Only one draw back was the stairs, lots of them, but got used to them!

The location is amazing right in the centre of everything. The hosts were brilliant met us and took our luggage. The apartment was very clean and tidy and had everything you need . The stairs are very steep but we all managed fine .

The location was AMAZING! There’s a tram station steps away. The view from the main room is fantastic and a nice place to enough breakfast. The place is very cozy and clean! I would definitely stay here again. Nothing. The whole stay was great!
