Loved the huge room and the location Nothing
-
The hotel is 4 floors and there is no elevator to go up three floors with heavy suitcase. The stairs are very narrow going in circle very difficult to carry suitcase going up I had to go twice up to take my luggage and check out all over again not so practical
-
Location and atmosphere Narrow staircase and old beds

It was great! So nice to be able to get a drink in the lobby. Room was beautiful, location in Amsterdam was great! We had an attic room and too much luggage. That was out fault, as we knew we booked the attic room. If you do, bring minimal luggage.
-
Beautifully decorated and location was great. Air conditioning was being installed during our stay during a heat wave. Loud street noise with canal view. Narrow steep steps to upper floors while carrying luggage. It was to be expected and we are able bodied but can see how this could affect others from being able to stay here.

Location AC was not working but it was fixed on last day of the stay.
-
The hotel is very central and easy to walk to the main sites. The breakfast was very good, with lots of variety. Nothing

Location No elevators, rooms very hot

It was in a fabulous location. Very cute and unique. The people that worked there were lovely. It was horrible trying to get luggage up stairs to our rooms. We did not get the rooms we paid for and they were very expensive.
-
We requested and paid extra for a camel view. Unfortunately it was very loud in the street all night long, both nights. Also was too expensive for what we got. Will never stay here again.
-
Loved the location, the decor and the customer service. Also the breakfast was lovely. 10/10 would stay again. Nothing (except steps with all our luggage but that’s our fault not the property!)
-
Extremely good value. Great location. Lovely vibe. Room and bathroom were incredibly small. But, well organized for the space.

The location was great, and I loved the historic building. Because of that I have to bring up my luggage narrow stairs up to 3rd floor but it’s normal when you stay these building. My room was nice and the bed was comfortable.
