The location of the hotel is very easy to access with public transport and it’s very easy to find. All the interactions we had with the staff was polite and helpful

Room was comfortable, with a coffee machine provided. Bathroom was clean, with everything provided. Staff were very friendly and helpful with advice about bike hire etc and extra supplies of coffee and tea. Check in was very easy. Travel was easy too - 20 minutes on the bus to central station or a short walk to the metro stop. Lots of shops nearby too for buying waffles etc! Only issue was that water pooled in the bottom of the shower as the shower tray wasn't on a proper slope. Not a major issue though. Didn't try breakfast so can't comment there

Parking close by at a reasonable price. Transport links very close. Comfortable beds. Wanting to charge 20€ for breakfast for a 12yo who only eats a bowl of cereals is not on. We had to look elsewhere for food. General cleanliness of room not great. Found things under beds that were not ours.

Nice clean and spacious room with a superb view. Really close to convenience stores. The staff was really helpful and pleasant. Perfect stay in Amsterdam. A bit farther from center, but you can use several public transportation to get to the center.
