Very good alternative in Amsterdam. Clean and nice. Very good location 10 minutes from the centre with the local transport. 20 to 25 minutes walking distance. Safe environment. I will definitely come back again.

Tram access made the stay quite convenient. Room service was included and we had an overall pleasant stay. The beds were especially comfortable. To get to the bathroom, we had to use a very unhandy sliding door that's missing a rail on the bottom. Took us a little while to get used to it, but otherwise there's nothing to criticise.

Bedbugs and very poor handling by the staff We found a bedbug in our room on the first night and showed it directly to the receptionist. We were moved to another room in a nearby/connected hotel, but unfortunately found another bedbug there as well. We reported this again, but the staff member was unpleasant and did not believe us. We were offered another room, but after finding bedbugs in two different rooms, we no longer felt safe staying at the property. We were told that the hotel would cancel our reservation, so we left around midnight and had to urgently find another hotel. We did not stay the night or use the accommodation. The hotel also refused to refund our money, so I am now trying to get a refund through Booking.com. Unfortunately, the staff threw away the bedbug we had brought to reception and refused to provide written confirmation that they had seen it, so we were not given a reasonable opportunity to document the evidence. Very disappointing experience. Finding bedbugs in two different rooms is unacceptable, and the way the situation was handled by the staff made the whole experience even worse.

Near everything and friendly staff also the place is really quiet suitable for anyone who’s looking peaceful sleep in such amazing price .

It was nice and done up. The rooms were specious and plenty of room to move around. Good air conditioning and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Not far from the trains and bus stops There was no control for the air conditioning and the unit was dirty inside. Having no window was fine for a couple of nights but I couldn’t do any longer

it was close to busstations and tramlines the AC dripped water on the floor, the bathroom door couldn’t close and open properly and the bathroom was very dark
