There was no one answering us, we needed internet access and also the towels were dirty in the bathroom. There is also a cemetery behind the building which was scary for us :))

The location only. The carpet was not clean, and found a glass of eater full if lipstick.

I liked that it was in a beautiful location. The staff was wonderful! Nothing.

Quite expensive for the location which was out of the city center.

Right across the from the bus stop and near to trams that can take you to Centraal or Sloterdijk stations. 2 stops away from Zaanse Schans. Westerpark is nice area.

Ambiance in the villa Welcome with help for my luggage to get up two floors. Room key system Upon check-out (early morning) no staff on duty Room lights worked/did not work in surprising ways.. and not good.. I recall having to descend down the staircase in the dark to turn the lights on.

This was a good find for us. We liked the location being outside the city center. The bus stop is right in front of the property so it was easy to get to central station which is right downtown and also where the trains are for easy day trips. It was quiet and very clean, which we appreciate. We took advantage of the restaurant being there on a rainy day and had a very good meal. We arrived early and they kept our luggage so we could start exploring right away, which was nice. The room was small. Otherwise it was very nice and we have no complaints.

Excellent location and excellent restaurant We were in the loft apartment, 2 steep flights of stairs with no elevator option.

Loved the spaciousness of the room in a quiet, peaceful location. The rooms were very well soundproofed. The staff was friendly, helpful, and went out of their way for us. We so enjoyed the dinner we had in the restaurant there. Excellent Italian food. And, most important, the beds were very comfortable and the coffeemaker was perfect. It was not air conditioned as I expected from my booking, so we had to open the unscreened windows to breathe, which brought in a few insects, mosquitos included. There was no iron or ironing board, which I thought it was supposed to. Getting to and from Amsterdam central was a longer walk than we would have liked but there was public transportation and because we are both 75, we opted to spend extra on ubers. If not for these considerations, it would have received our highest grade.

Quiet setting with transportation conveniently nearby. Grocery store about 5 minute walk away as well as restaurants in the area. Friendly staff. Bed was comfortable.

Its a good place under 30 years It’s a bit far from everything. Is more a great hostel than a hotel. The furniture have marks of use … But it’s okay for one night or twon

Large room and bathroom, free parking, 15-20 min by bus to the city center, 40 min by feet Quiet place, good personal

In general we were satisfied with the hotel nothing to complain about, the staff was friendly, the parking is for free just outside the hotel. The location is quite the city centre can be reached with a bus the station is 50 meters form the hotel. The room was a bit small but the hotel itself is small so its all right

Amazing place to stay in the city! Tons of nature around, friendly staff, and bike rentals! Would stay again :)

Superb

The stairs to the rooms were very steep and a bit treacherous. The beams and ceiling in the room made it inevitable that you would hit your head at least once. A ladybug landed on me while I was in bed and I found another in the room. The pillows were not great and we each needed one more, but they didn’t have any. The staff were extremely helpful and nice.

Good location on bus route 21 direct to Central Station.

Location & Free Parking A bit more cleanliness is needed, rugs and kettle were not clean.
