Comfortable. Air conditioned hallways. Barely any headroom while on the bed.

Perfect location by cafes, parks and transit stops. Comfortable room with nice lounge Room temperature is not adjustable. Staff did provide a fan upon request.

Good location near lots of food spots and cafes. There were all the amenities you could need. The rooms were quite hot even with the fan provided

Overall location Could be a little loud

Staff were helpful and kind. I had stayed in a capsule/pod hotel before and quite liked it for a trip where you don't intend to spend much time at the hotel but this one got horribly hot after spending any time in it and was really uncomfortable. Part of this may have been that I was in an elevated bed capsule here but had had one with a low bed previously, but overall the ventilation here was bad. It is not cheap enough to be worth it unfortunately.

Everything was perfect! They have a small fridge for guests' food, a kettle, a microwave, a water dispenser, chinese futuristic toilets XD it was really cool!

too small room for two

Staff were very friendly and very helpful with local tips, bed was comfortable, and the pods were clearly designed to maximize storage space. Quite accessible to popular neighborhoods by several bus/tram stations nearby. We enjoyed using the bike rentals. At times, bathrooms were a bit dirty, but to be expected for communal spaces. Lighting in the room was a bit odd.

Sloterdjik area is good. 15 minutes to center with a bike, unless you are a lazy spoiled person. Facilities are getting cleaned very often. Lobby is ok to sit and drink or eat something. If uou are lucky you also can meet people. Staff like Fatima are amazing! She helped me with everything and with a genuine smile! Give that woman a raise. Some guests walk heavy, shout outside their room when going out or coming home and one particular idiot put music loud one night and woke up half of the hotel. So my complaint was with idiotic children who think Amsterdam is their mommy's house to act accordingly. Also some guests think its ok to leave their dirty glasses in the common sink without washing them. I wish i knew who they were!

Great staff. Very friendly and supportive Nothing

Nice and helpful staff, clean, good value for money, decent location, interesting concept and nice brand of soap, shampoo etc. in the bathrooms. The rooms are very stuffy and the air conditioning doesn't help - better ventilation is a must. Also the leg space is very low and I hit my knees multiple times while moving during the night (generally the place should come with a warning that is not suitable for people with certain conditions, claustrophobia being the main one). There is not enough ways to place/hang your stuff in the shower (more hooks or a shelf would be nice).

The stuff, shared facilities were nicely maintained, you get what you pay for, meets the expectations. Rooms are quite airless but you already know that when booking a capsule, so that is a known sacrifice.
