It is a very nice and modern hotel with an excellent breakfast buffet, parking on-site and friendly staff. The parking garage is very narrow so with large vehicles it takes a bit of maneuvering.

The hotel may look a bit out of the way, and it's not, but the fact that it's away from the busy tourist centre is what I ended up liking most about this place. It's in a real Amsterdam neighborhood, one that is changing fast, from residential/industrial to mostly residential...a very desirable place to live. There is a great museum 5 min from the hotel that tells the story of the neighborhood and the Amsterdam School design. The hotel had a bit of a university dorm feel to it, but otherwise was clean and comfortable and a good value for being so close to the centre.

Ideal location for us with #22 bus stop just outside. Easy access to all Amsterdam areas, and quieter than downtown. Very cheerful and helpful staff.

Hotel was basic but very clean, the bed was very comfy and the rooms have good size. Its not in the center but very easy to get uber or public transport everywhere. Very friendly staff and good breakfast. Price is a little high for the location, more food options

The room was so cozy!! 2 minute walk to bus stop that takes you straight to Central Station which gets you anywhere you want to go! Breakfast was wonderful!

Breakfast was beautiful, plentiful and nice. Staff was great and helpful. Hotel was ok, not great, but for the price it was doable. I expected something different, but it served our needs for the two nights we were in Amsterdam. The restaurant and bar were odd as was the menu. Hotel is much plainer than what was represented online. I just expected better facilities.

The website descriptions of the rooms confused me a little. Double bed for two, doesn't mean two beds , it is just a double bed. Luckily they switched us rooms to one with two single beds.

Not many close restaurants, all are at a minimum 10 to 15 minutes walk.

It was cold inside, couldn't raise the temperature over 20, the staff was not much helpful about it. The restaurant staff was not much welcoming and they even didn't use the word (welcome)

Service, design, staff, welcome bonus - waffles, and a small souvenir at the end of our stay, which will remind me about the hotel and the city in general. -
