You charged my credit card again for the stay when it was already paid through booking.com and when i call to get a refund you tell me you cant do it and i have to get it from booking.com when you as the company should never have charged my card again in the first place so now i am out over £600 pounds because of your actions and it is proving very difficult to get my money back that you have effectively stolen from me. I shouldnt have to be chasing around spending hours on the phone trying to recover money that should never have been taken in the first place. Neither you as the hotel company or booking.com have been helpful in getting this resolved. you have both been quite happy to have customers ripped off.

Food and people were terrific!! Room was very nice and comfortable! Thank you for everything! A bit hard to find, but once we did it was fine.

Rooms were nice and well equipped Breakfast area. Too small for amount of people using the area. Often ran out of food and had to wait for ages. Insufficient crockery. Took 10 minutes to find a bowl for Cereal. On my first morning I fell in the sauna due to no matting. When reported. Staff did not show any concern. No report of the accident was made even after I requested it was documented. The next day I also went back to ask for the accident to be recorded. No one was forthcoming.

Quiet yet not that far from public transportation. Just what we need after spent the whole days walking around Centruum.

The staff were very helpful and good natured. The bed was HORRIBLE! It was hard as a rock. In addition, the lighting was terrible because there were so many lamps but it was very dark when turned on at night.

Property was good also location is perfect Breakfast can be improved
-
Excellent location, great access to public transportation. Included breakfast was very good. Free laundry was perfect for extended trip.
-
Beautiful hotel, and great staff. Windows could use tinting to help shield the bright lights from the Freightliners at night.
-
We liked the cleanliness of the room. We enjoyed the breakfast but wish there was a little more variety in the daily meals.

Rooms are spacious and well decorated, with a good bathroom, a small living room and a small kitchen. Hotel is close to public transportation. It has a good range of facilities (laundry, parking, gym, etc). Personnel is super sympathetic! Breakfast was below expectations (no butter, just margarine; boiled eggs were cold; only one type of cheese…). Kitchen closes too early at night. Pillows and towels could be better.

The view overlooking the harbour was top. The breakfast choice was rather limited. I would have liked to have some fish to chose and better quality ham. The bus to the central station comes every 20 minutes or so. therefore, it is a little difficult to reach.
-
Breakfast and comfortable rooms Extremely bad location, far from everything, in the middle of nowhere. We asked for room cleaning twice and it was not cleaned up.
-
No room service
-
The place is quiet. The staff are helpful. Breakfast is very simple، Transportation is a bit far away.

Very close to the central station , clean rooms, helpful staff since I had booked through booking.com , I did not earn Marriott bonvoy points for my stay although I am a member :(

Breakfast was bad and with limited choices. Scrambled eggs were pre-made, lukewarm and kept in a big pan, not tasty. Bread was half baked, baked beans lukewarm only etc. Coffee not tasty and from a machine that only had only cow’s milk. I would absolutely recommend if you’re staying for leisure to have your breakfast elsewhere, especially since breakfast isn’t cheap at the hotel. I had breakfast included but ended up having breakkie elsewhere after the first morning.

Breakfast was okay. It was small but just right to start the day off. Views were good and there's a convenient bus to Centraal every 5ish mins. The beers were €10 a pint and the staff wouldn't even bring them up to you. You had to go down to the moxy and get it yourself. Also, the restaurant on the ground floor had soooo many mice scurrying around! The staff said it's normal... :/ Finally, don't get an 8th floor room as it can be quiet annoying when people walk and move upstairs in the reception area at all times of the night.
