Excellent and clean room. Hotel is quiet and maybe not on t Maybe not on the nicest road and railway but very quiet.

Lovely hotel. Convenient to city centre (only 10 minutes on the bus). Staff were friendly and willing to assist. Room was spotlessly clean. Enjoyed breakfast which had plenty of options. Nothing.

The location is 15 min from Jordaan and Dam Square The staff was rude and our AC leaked all night and the reception was not caring about it. They said it wasn’t so bad. I didn’t pay for staying in a room that’s not so bad. May be as a non EU resident I didn’t have rights. Very disappointed

Close to the center of town. Bus to the Central Station stop right in front of the hotel. Could not leave our luggage when we checked out for the day.

Good conditions calm and good connections Lovely details at check in and out. the staff is super professional and friendly the restaurant is quite good and with reasonable prices. Liked everything.

The location is very good Near to the bus station going to the city The room ( suite WOW) was amazing Very big The hotel is clean The breakfast was very good, tasty and varied I went to Amesterdam between 24-27 of June it was very hot and the AC was not working at all and very noisy. We were suffocating in the room They tried to fix it but still not working They offered some ( ventilateur) to help but still it was so hot

Breakfast was delicious. AC didn't work and they dismissed it as the heatwave. Even when it cooled down at night the AC still blew 30C. They put us on a "waitlist" for a fan, but never gave us one. We were miserable each of the 2 nights we spent there.

Clean, well equipped, good location for accessing the city. Some lights in the rooms were motion-activated: didn’t always want them to come on in the middle of the night.

The hotel was clean, the beds were very comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, lovely bar, resturant in evening and breakfast was delicious and a good choice of food, oh and a bus stop just outside to take you to the city. Also they have parking under hotel (which you have to pay for) but safe. Perfect The only thing is the A/C in our room it wouldn't go down to 19, wouldn't go down past 22 however other than that couldn't fault it.

Cleanliness was good. the hotel had access to swimming pool and also a gym. The breakfast was good.
