A bit far from the city centre

The room darkening shades are effective, which is very useful in summer when the nights in NL are short. The light switch that turns on the light in the toilet and shower only worked occasionally, which was a bit annoying, it probably needs a repair (room 420). The light that is reachable when you wake up in the middle of the night is right next to the telephone, I knocked the receiver off the hook a few times when feeling around for the switch.

Great location. Hotel was very modern and clean. Our room was huge with a kitchenette including a coffee machine. The shower area was large and very clean. Lots of storage space. We were located on the 8th floor but there were three working lifts that we never had to wait for than a minute for. Out the back was the Deck area which was lovely and served great food at reasonable prices The key cards are hit and miss and we had to have ours exchanged a couple of times. Staff were always happy to help though

There are supermarkets and cafés close by, and it's easy to get to the city by ferry. Check-in was easy and friendly and the bed was comfortable. Room service didn't come when we returned at 5 pm. There wasn't much space in the room, especially for putting things such as toiletries.

Clean, great canal side restaurant. Alejandro and Sophia were amazing! Deck ran out of beer, limoncello, and other beverages, and the kitchen closes at 10 except for pizza. Despite this, the staff were incredible and made our stay very enjoyable.

Location out of normal Amsterdam areas

Location Rooms are very small. We didn’t have a wardrobe. No toilet brush. The WiFi was very spotty. TV/Chromecast was constantly glitching. The snack bar in the lobby was very expensive. Sheets were not changed in the room for the entirety of our 7 day stay, nor was the room vacuumed.

Location, you can walk to take a free ferry to Centraal and This is Holland to take all tours. Clean, staff are mostly helpful. There is no noise insulation so you can hear EVERYTHING. No microwave Bathroom floor is very slippy, never seen any place with this type of bathroom floor before. Its not safe at all. Key card was very hard to use, tap is not always work

Location OK, not the best as construction going on Breakfast too late. 7:00 am would have been good. 7:30 to late for activities

Was clean and the staff was polite and helpful My room fridge was not cold. I had insulin that needed to stay cold so I went and got a cooler with ice. Was a short fast stay, didn’t make a complaint but wanted to bring to your attention

Modern clean with groovy vibe TV automatically turned on in middle of night. Staff reset the tv but it continued to happen

No response to a noise complaint from ventilation system that the staff seemed to know about. So interrupted sleep for the full 6 nights stay

The staff was great, very helpful. Unfortunately we were just there for a very short overnight stay due to a layover and didn't see much. But, it was very clean and comfortable.
