The location - close to everything and public transportation was a breeze. Felt very safe. Mario was lovely and kind and made me feel welcome. WiFi was strong. My room could really use a paint job

We were accommodated at very short notice as we had to leave our other hotel. The owner was very calm and thorough and all the staff were very friendly. Very pleased for the price and great location. A kettle and bits to make tea and coffee would've been ideal

Staff was friendly and location is best near attractions Congested

A little older of a building so it wasn’t the most aesthetically clean but it didn’t matter because location was great.
-
We had no issues, but the stairs are steep so it may be difficult for some to carry their luggage up. There was also trash in the nightstand leftover from the previous stay.

Location of the hotel was nice and staff were great. The property is not cleaned. The room was dirty with dirty bed sheets.
-
The room is super super small, think the size of a queen sized bed. which is expected in amsterdam don't book a single room if u'r clostrophobic. Stairs are steep too.

Mario was really nice and kind. The hotel is like to live in an actually Dutch house. You can feel the experiences. Towels and sheets, there too old, but it didn’t matter to me because I was prepared for something like this hehe.

It is good location but outside of that I don’t have much else to say that’s positive. Rooms are not the cleanest and same with the bathrooms. Had to pay a €20 key deposit in cash that I couldn’t get back since I couldn’t make it to reception during the one hour they were open on the morning I was leaving. Also be prepared for steep skinny stairs, staying on the top floor was less than ideal.

The location was good and wifi

Other people were sometimes loud but that's on them not the hotel.

Hello, It is really a budget hotel, because of its very good price and 3 steps from Dam Square. Room small, very high and very narrow stairs (of course no elevator), I had to use service for luggages. By the way, if you do not have IBAN for your bank account, the deposit of the key (that you paid by cash at your check-in) might be hard to be reimbursed. That was my case.

GREAT PLACE AND SERVICE AND CLEAN
-
Easy to find, very centrally located and the hosts were welcoming. Room was small and the bed sheets stained/discoloured meaning they don't look clean even if they are. Rooms are up steep narrow stairs so may not suit those with large heavy suitcases.

The location were great, close to all the places you want to visit, supermarket, bars, restaurantes and train all are walking distance I don't think you can ask for much when you go to a low-cost hotel. When you get to the hotel they ask you for 20 euros deposit, they should give it back to you in the end of your staying. When I left, they said they did not have money if they could transfer it for me later that day, I was naive enough to believe in them and so far, I DID NOT GET THE MONEY BACK. So, if you are going to stay in this hotel, please, don't leave without your money, otherwise you will never see it again.

If you come with your friend make sure that you make a great deal. Because if not, the owner will charge you with additional money. Not worth it for the price.

Room was small, but cozy and comfortable. I bought the wrong adaptor for the plug ? in, but the front desk clerk let me borrow his. Very kind staff, helpful and accommodating. They gave me a coupon to save money on renting a bike to sightsee the city. No stairs, but the staff helps you with your luggage, don’t really have nothing to complain about.

Just the location is good. The shared bathroom on the 3rd floor had no light, making it difficult to use. There was no hand soap, and the space was extremely small. No hairdryer was provided. Overall, the cleanliness was poor — both the toilets and common areas were not well maintained. Good Staff.

Location, people and the whole thing about hotel is very good for the price. Yes, there sre steep stairs but again for the cost and location it.does not matter The staff, they are super super amazing. Early baggage keeper and late check out bag keeper. Thank you Nothing as such.. Just the washroom on 3rd floor is nice compared to top floor Also, toilet rolls were missing. Rest no problem
