The stair case is narrow. The bathroom/shower shared and small. But the room was clean, the bad comfortable enough, and it was cheap
-
It was close to everything and it was clean and tidy

It had what I needed. Check in was quick and well explained. Check in wasn't at the same location as the stay. It was down the road. This wasn't a huge problem though.

Nothing. It was not what the website pictured. We were deceived. The room was very tiny, approximately 10’ wide and 12’ long. The shared bathroom and shower were repulsive. The building is sinking and one side of the room is higher than the other. Absolutely deplorable - DO NOT STAY HERE.

Ive been spending many Monday-Tuesday nights recently in different hotels. This one was about 5 euros cheaper than the other ones but also 5 times more shitty to be honest Price/quality Having to fill in all my details (name, email, phone, address) which I believe is not even allowed - and took some time to fill in

Location okay Not clean it was awful

nothing everything was smelling.. aircon was not working and if window was opened then street noise was too loud
-
A lot of noise from the doors and when people are moving in the hostel. I have booked the separate room but it was so smelly ( toilet smell) due to the shared toilet next to my room.

Restaurants on the street- walking distance from train station. Smelled terribly like weed, the staircase was ridiculously narrow and steep, I booked two twin beds and they were both smaller than a camping cot. The bathroom was dirty and the window was directly next to sewage drains which also smelled terribly. Would not recommend!

A great practical value for money option. Excellent location. Despite warnings, I had not noise of smells from the coffeeshop downstairs. The room is bare bones, but has everything you need, wash basin included. The shared bathroom on the floor was clean. The room could do with some touching up. There are scuffs and paint gaps and scratches around.

Staff was very helpful

thin walls and loud neighbors. could be more clean.

disappointing and not worth the price This was the most expensive stay I’ve ever booked, and unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations. The property looked a bit different than photos, I would not recommend it.

Likes: The wifi worked well and the heater in the room worked well during the cold nights. The private room felt secure. It was good having a sink for easy filling water and brushing teeth. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. Also the location was fantastic. It’d good for a short stay. Dislikes: Generally it felt unclean. I ended up sleeping on top of the bed in warm clothes because the whole place felt so unclean that I didn’t imagine the bedsheets would be much better. The shared bathroom was tiny and had a bad smell at times. The room was very dark and cramped. It was very loud you could hear everything going on outside the room. With earplugs it was okay though. The curtain had what looked like a bloodstain on it. Yuck :( For the price I would’ve expected it to be cleaner. I guess the trade off is the good location though. And Amsterdam accommodation is just expensive. I’m glad I only stayed 2 nights, I wouldn’t want to stay any longer.
