Xplore Hostel Amsterdam

This was my second stay at Xplore Hostel Amsterdam, and I was happy to come back. The location is one of the biggest highlights, with many of Amsterdam’s most famous attractions within walking distance, including Dam Square and the Anne Frank House. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and had everything needed for a pleasant stay, including private bathrooms and a relaxing place to rest after exploring the city. The free WiFi, daily housekeeping, and helpful staff made the experience even better. I also appreciated how easy it was to get around, whether walking through the city or using a bike. Returning for a second stay says a lot about how much I enjoyed my first experience, and I would gladly stay here again. The only area that could be improved is the mattresses. They felt more like a basic foam-style mattress rather than a traditional comfortable bed, and the material caused quite a bit of squeaking when moving around. A higher-quality mattress would make an already great hostel experience even better. Aside from that, I enjoyed my stay and would still consider coming back because of the excellent location and overall convenience.

The location was excellent and made it very easy to explore Amsterdam. Many of the main attractions were within walking distance, and Amsterdam Central Station was nearby, which made getting around convenient. The hostel was clean and comfortable, with reliable WiFi and useful amenities. I also appreciated the friendly staff and the overall atmosphere. the location is perfect its close to everything and i walked to go to everywhere! the staff is very nice too there’s little privacy especially in a room of 8 people

People and the room was dirty no hot water

Its location, it was parallel to damrak and so close to dam square but away from the noise. So close to amsterdam centraal. I was in the girls room on the 1st floor, but in general it has steep stairs. The bathroom has a hairdryer. Go to this is holland with the ferry n the other side and do the keukenhof tulip tour from there. Nothing

Everything i think they treated me very bad

Absolutely nothing I dont like nothing the room looked like a prison very small and too many people the people of the roommate of my room they were toxic and the staff was bad with a rude attention they took me the blame for everything and i didn't do nothing the bathroom also its really very uncomfortable its in the room but the aren't have any door and all the noise disturb to anyone so much so far that you can't go to the bathroom over the night the manager that woman she is too unfriendly when you have problems she will not listen to you and you will not find any solution i made a reservation for five days and it was really disappointed the experience was very bad.

beds and bathroom are ok. people and staff are awesome! the location is the best, near from everything. lockers did not work and could be even opened eith my own locker closing it.lounge and foods to get inside are expensive and does not have a fridge to save supermarket stuffs

Hostel is sperated to two buildings, the second one for accommodation, stairs were very high at 3 floor so that was very challenging.
