I did not like the room. It needs maintenance and better cleaning Improvement in the room to provide better cleanness and better shower unit. The menu for dinner is very limited. Breakfast is average. The hotel is not good value for the rate I paid.

The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming, while the rooms are equipped with modern amenities and comfortable beds. Despite being centrally located, my room was surprisingly quiet, enhancing the overall experience. Housekeeping deserves recognition for their reliability; I often left cash in my room, and nothing was ever taken. Additionally, the hotel provides two complimentary bottles of water daily, a thoughtful gesture. However, potential guests should be aware that the rooms are on the smaller side, even for European standards, so it's wise to check the dimensions if space is a priority. In summary, INK Hotel is a stylish and comfortable option for anyone looking to explore Amsterdam, boasting a fantastic location, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, and a stay I would gladly repeat.

The location was excellent — we were within easy walking distance of most of the places we wanted to see, which saved us a lot of time and cab fare. There were plenty of restaurants and shops right around the corner, so grabbing food or coffee never required much planning. Getting to and from the airport was also straightforward, which made arrival and departure days a lot less stressful I thought the staff could have potentially responded better to questions or concerns about check in and the potential of changing reservation dates but also they were just not as responsive as they could have been.

Staff st check in was great, location really fun and central Had the only ADA compliant room on the floor, which made the bathroom half the room size and a big bummer. Water does not drain well and floods the whole things. Bed is on wheels and moves way too easily. Had a dirty towel left on the counter in the room.
