Upon arriving to the hotel i noticed the room next to me had two inches of standing water all throughout the room next door to me. I brought my concerns to the front desk when I noticed that my neighbors came back from wherever they had been to find their front door to their room wide open and staff had been in there without their knowledge. So I notified the office I was uncomfortable with this and could I move rooms and was told I was unable to move rooms because they had no other availability. So I decided to stick it out and try to make the best of it. I wake up the next morning take a shower, my child uses the restroom and then sewage starts backing up in the bathtub and leaking out the walls and out of the toilet. I notified the front desk I told them they had permission to enter the room because I needed to be at my convention. Upon arriving back at the hotel that evening I enter my room it looks like it has been cleaned upon further inspection I find all of my belongings are completely soaked with what appears to smell like sewer water. My worst nightmare has come true. They were not helpful they told me I could take my clothes to a laundromat. I had no clean clothes and neither did my small children. I had to pack them up at 830pm and try to find another hotel for the night as this is completely unsanitary and unacceptable

Upon check in there were dark spots on the sheets, it LOOKED LIKE drops of blood, just to give a presentation of the color, and even if the sheets were clean I still find this gross. We put the “do not disturb” sign up immediately. However, we got back to the hotel on the 3rd day and the light was on, which I did not remember doing, and the toilet paper roll was changed and has a fresh roll on it (I had to “tear” to start the roll), and when we left in the morning it was 4 ply, and when we got back it was 2 ply. This was weird because nothing else had been done to the room (bed made, towels, etc). All of our stuff was still there but we had not secured it due to DND sign being up, so this made us uncomfortable. On the day of checkout they did not provide a receipt or even offer us one, and while they do store luggage it is incredibly informal. Drop it off in a room with others and hope people use the honors system to not take yours. No luggage tags, or even marking down how many bags are dropped off by who. All ended up being fine. But the invasion of privacy was weird and there’s the potential for a lot to go wrong. The benefit is the walk to the park isn’t as crowded since you’re coming from behind.

Staff was pleasant and room was clean
-
Staff is cool. There miss a breakfast option. Coffee for free 6:30 to 9:30 a.m. A good choice for a not very expensive room.
-
Bedrooms were good. Bathroom and counter space could be better. To small. AC unit works but the one in the separate room was way to loud and rattling

Close to disney area, very accessible and walkable

One of the biggest advantages is the location—it's within walking distance of Disneyland, about 0.94 miles from the hotel to the park entrance. I also had several Amazon packages delivered during my stay, and the staff did a great job ensuring they were received and delivered to me promptly. Overall, this is a great value for the price, offering clean accommodations, excellent service, and convenient access to Disneyland.

The room was nice and clean and the location was great for walking to Disney.

Clean room close walk to Disney parks no complaints!
-
Property manager was very helpful in allowing us to park prior to check in and give us keys for us to enjoy Downtown Disney prior to the room being ready

Motel is small and about a 20 minute walk to Disney. It’s nice if you just need a bed and shower for park days. Just an older property and you can hear people above you. So if you are sensitive to noice, I would request a room on the second floor. The staff were really nice and overall it was what we needed for our two night stay.

I liked how the room was clean. I also liked how quiet the property is especially so near to the park.

This was my first time staying here. I usually stay at the property next door to hotel. Only stayed for 1 night but spent little time in the room and property. But based on my short time here and not to compare the two hotel here are my thoughts. Did like the affordable soda machine near the front desk. Was there for Disneyland so try to bring drink in instead of buying them so that was a plus. The front desk staff was nice at check in. Parking was not a problem. The only thing I really wish that the rooms don’t have are coffee makers. However they off coffee after 6 or 630 am but I had to leave at 5 am to catch a flight. So overall I would give the hotel another chance for its cost, convenience to Disneyland, and free parking

Staff was great
-
When we arrived, they only had a room left with one bed, when our reservation was for two beds and four people. They told us that since we had four people we couldn’t even keep the room because it was only meant for two. So we never even got to stay and the people in front of us were dealing with the same issue.

An old classic motor court style motel. No food, but there is a swimming pool

Chambres spacieuses. Literie confortable. Équipements ok. Quartier safe !

Walking distance from the parks and flexible check in was nice! Staff allowed us to come at 7am and park car even though we hadn’t checked in yet. Checked in at 11:50pm. Loved their flexibility! No attendant on site when I checked out at 3:30am to head to airport. Called number and guy told me to put the key in the window slot.

We had another really nice stay! See you all again next month! We love this place!
