Before arrival, I confirmed that the room had a bathtub & arranged a 2 PM late checkout for $25. However, the bathtub drain was broken, there was almost no body wash, & staff refused to provide a drain plug or refill the soap. We had to DoorDash soap, bubble bath, & waterproof duct tape just to shower and use the tub. The water also took a long time to heat. AC was good. The next morning, we were woken before 8 AM by a child screaming outside our door for 30–40 minutes, followed by the family vacuuming their car directly beside our room. The worst issue was checkout. At 11:05 AM, an employee banged on our door and insisted checkout was at 11. I explained that we had arranged a 2 PM checkout, but he said, “Okay, opening the door,” scanned the key, and opened the door while we were undressed. He could see directly into the room, and our dog could have escaped. There was no apology. He then called 2 more within minutes, repeatedly demanding immediate payment for the $25 late checkout, despite our prior arrangement and $100 deposit. Exhausted and uncomfortable, we ultimately decided to leave. While there were some positives, they were overshadowed by the broken tub, lack of supplies, repeated disruptions, and serious privacy violation. Won’t be back.

Location to Disney was great 20 minute walk Free coffee 6:30 to 9:30. But the 3 days I was there ,walked past the office at 6:45. No lights on. No coffee.

We love the free parking and new paint job on the outside! our favorite location to walk to disney! we wanted to stay parked till about 3 they said we had to be gone by 2 on checkout which is understandable but just an hour difference

Close walk to Disneyland Resort.

Hotel was so convenient to the parks and convention center. My door had an issue where the lock failed late at night, but they fixed it right away the next day. The main issues I had was that the water never stayed hot in the shower and there is no soundproofing. Every time the people above me moved a chair or walked, I heard it. Definitely request a second floor room if you are sensitive to noise. They also charge for parking if you stay out past your check out time, so be prepared. It was not advertised like that on their website. Other than that, beds were comfy and staff were friendly and helpful.

The only minor issue was the AC smelled bad, it made the room musty.

Everything about the experience was fantastic. If I could make one suggestion, is coffee is to be available as noted in the main check in area for 6:30 in morning. Ensure that it is made and ready for the guests. During our entire stay there was not a guest service person available at the desk, the door locked and no coffee available at the time promised.
