Eden Roc Inn & Suites

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the floor looked clean but when you walked around your feet were black keep your shoes on. The pool was very small and needed some attention. Overall, location was great short walk to downtown Disney plus if you’re going to Disneyland, you can just take the Monorail it is right there when you get into downtown Disney and saves a lot of walking Convenient location plenty of restaurants and small stores nearby. Overall, I would recommend and stay there again.

I would stay here again. The room was nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The parking was convenient.

The bad: My kids were really looking forward to getting in the pool, so much so that we decided to come back early from Disneyland just to get in before it closed. We'll when we got to the pool, th pool was dirty with dead roaches in it. It looked like it hadn't been clean in weeks. Needless to say we didn't get in. The shower head was very dirty which caused the water pressure to be low. The televisión turned on but none of the channels worked.

Loves it

The location to the convention center was convenient. We had to change rooms twice. First, there were ants in our first room. They moved us to a second room and in the second room the shower faucet would not turn off. The lighting was pretty terrible, they have only overhead lights, no lamps so there was either pitch black or all the all lights. No in-between.

I like that it is in walking distance to Disneyland. We always stay at Eden ROC when we go to Disneyland. But I was disappointed with the attitude of the employee when we asked to change rooms because there was a humming noise coming from the bathroom that couldn’t be stopped. The o my thing he was concerned about is if we messed up the room. We just got into the room so nothing was moved. Then the room we eventually got was not clean.
