Quality Inn & Suites Anaheim At The Park

This property is a 10 minute walk into Downtown Disney at a steady pace. Although you had to request room service, the toiletries and beverages were replaced daily and requests were dealt with quickly. The pool was just right with a very warm jacuzazi. Breakfast was adequate, scrambled eggs and sausages, pastries, toast, juice, yoghurts. The cereals weren't to our taste so we bought some bran flakes and added one of the cereals on offer. This could be eaten out in the garden watching humming birds. We can't however praise the staff enough. Laura, Belinda and Karen went above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble, especially when we were trying to contest a parking citation, giving us so much support at a very stressful time. It wasn't as cheap as we first thought as the taxes and mandatory fees raised the price of the room by nearly £200, but the vicinity was perfect. We were also made aware that they will no longer be affiliated with Quality Inn & Suites from November 2026. They will then be known as Katella Inn at the Park and Convention. They are unable to take bookings online past November 2nd but can be called on (714)774-7817 or email: stay@katellainn.com. . A definite yes from us!!!

It’s hard to beat the value of the location, free parking and free breakfast here! Such a hidden gem in the area and will likely return in the future. If you don’t want to break the bank and don’t need all the frills, this is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms have a homey feel and the staff is friendly. The free breakfast is limited but has a few warm options and Denny’s is also next door. There’s also a convenience store and other dining options within a short walk. I loved the garden/ courtyard area where you can enjoy your breakfast.

For an older property, the hotel was kept in very good condition. The biggest negative came from assesing a "resort fee". This was a old style hotel and not by any means a resort. One item that was stated as a teason for a resort fee was an in room safe. We did not have one.

The room is definitely older, the toilet runs and there was a musty smell. The breakfast was good, there are amazing restaurants within walking distance, and the hotel staff are phenomenal! Front desk staff deserve 6/5 stars! Can’t say enough about them. Hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the parks, but an Uber is only $10, so there’s that!

Breakfast was fine- basic, but plenty of food and times were good. I am guessing any hotel/motel with doors that open to the outside (rather than inside a hotel corridor) are going to have issues in the humidity. It was hard to sleep the first night, but after that, we were so Disney tired it didn’t matter. We did not use the pool. It did look clean though. Overall, a decent property if you aren’t looking for fancy, and don’t mind the humidity. Staff were very kind and that is a plus!

The staff were very nice. That's the part I appreciated the most. Staff were just incredibly nice and polite. Breakfast buffet with the waffles and OJ and bagels, eggs and sausages were great. My son and I loved the breakfast, and the very chill vibe. It is located in a great location very close to the Disneyland resorts. It is walkable to the resort, but we chose to drive and park. We didn't use the outdoor pool, but did see lots of kids using it. its a good place to stay for the price. It is an older hotel, think Howard Johnsons in the 50's with three square buildings surrounding the pool. its older, very dated, but adequate if you are looking for a very value oriented place to stay. I would definitely stay again if we ever come back to Disneyland.
