The Clarion is my GO TO for events at the convention center and Disneyland. They never disappoint with friendly staff, clean rooms, and good rates.
-
Great location : close to Convention Center and Disney Parks. Definitely will come back.

Breakfast was just like complementary free breakfast nothing special however they charge $17+ for kids 9 and older I believe and $9 for kids under 8 They also charge a daily parking fee and this is not indicated while booking under 3rd party booking I used Hotels.com The front desk staff could have been a bit more friendlier and took the time to explain the parking pass she said to keep it on your dashboard she didn’t say the pass would be needed to enter and exit the parking structure. She also said parking was in the garage we circled the hotel a few times then realized there was no garage… we would not book here again.

Hotel was fine, just dated. Breakfast was overpriced for what it is. If you can book at a bargain, it’s worth it.
-
What would normally be a free continental breakfast at any other hotel cost $18 a person. Totally not worth it!!! My granddaughter ate half a waffle!!! If you DoorDash, it must be delivered to your room, not the lobby.

I would definitely stay here again. Great experience all around!

Upon arrival greeting was very cold and not welcoming. The girl is not wearing a name badge so I can’t put her name on here, but she had false eyelashes with some highlights in her hair. When I went to check in, she just said ID and credit card no hello or anything. Came here after staying at Homewood and it was night and day. The bed was extremely squeaky here. Some guest were rolling paraphernalia in the hallway, which smelled extremely strong. The builders gentleman was helpful. And another gentleman at the front desk greeted us in the evening time when coming in and out.

And speaking of parking, the lot is messy and used by employees as a break room or a hang out space. The room was ok, the bathroom definitely needs a facelift, lots of patchwork and caulking to ‘fix’ things. You can always tell by looking in the corners how detail oriented things are and the corners are just messy. There’s also not much in the way of sound proofing. The hallway noise is very noticeable and intrusive.

Decent hotel to sleep and shower. Not the newest and best but good for the price point.
-
The only bad thing is having to pay for parking. A real deal breaker for guests.
-
A clean beautiful room with good breakfast.
-
The hotel itself was beautiful and I had no complaints with anything other than the front desk staff no matter what time of day it was I found them to be rude and inconvenience. If I had any questions whatsoever I actually felt like I inconvenienced to them when I checked in and through the whole stay. It was very sad and left a damper on our stay. I expect more from a Disney good neighbor hotel.
-
Staff was nice and helpful, room was also okay but i thought it was a little different from the photos. Great distance to disneyland though
-
Bed was clean but you can tell they don’t put any money back into there 1980s broken yellow bathroom nor have they ever dusted the unused areas. It wasn’t the worst place I’ve ever stayed but for the price i expected it to be nicer.
-
Very friendly staffed, great room close to Disneyland with shuttle bus as an option.
-
Convenient stay close enough to walk to Disneyland (or take the free Toy Story shuttle that is across the street). Close to restaurants to grab food after a long day at the park. The hotel is dated but was clean and reasonably priced so I would stay here again. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a great stay! Nothing fancy and rooms were definitely older in style/decor but well maintained. The room was clean and the bathroom was too. The cost is exactly what you would expect for this type of hotel and room. Perfect for a weekend trip.
