Perfect vacation!

Staff were helpful and friendly. Good walking distance to Disney parks. Duvets looked clean but actually underneath was very dirty. The parking was excessive and we were charged a whole day prior (we arrived at 2am and were charged for the day before also). The parking is +tax too. WiFi is an additional cost.

Great staff Lovely hotel and great room. Parking a little confused on arrival.

Clean room, comfortable bed, well-kept property. Just a quick walk to Disney parks. Rental car locations also located close by. We appreciated that the onsite marketplace served Starbucks coffee. Very convenient to grab that in the morning before heading to the parks.

I was very excited to stay at this hotel, but I found it to be less than hospitable. First, I had to pay $25.00 extra immediately to check in early, which I needed to do because I just flew in with a 2-year-old. Then I was told I could upgrade to move me to the fireworks side of the building for $35 per night. I declined. Feeling uneasy about the upselling as an exhausted traveler, which I do not appreciate, I got my key. But wait to get Wi-Fi, I had to agree to be a member, or it would have cost me another $9.99. When I finally got to my room, the door was so heavy it was almost dangerous to try to quickly push the baby in, as there was no catch to slow or hold the door. I decided to take a soothing shower, and the pipes were jackhammering so loudly that the baby was frightened to be in there. Relaxing? The answer is no. I called down to "report it," but when the maintenance arrived, it was clear he and the front desk knew about the issue, as he feigned surprise and didn't even turn on the shower. I was told he would flush out the air in the pipes and then, if it didn't work, I would be moved. I was not moved. The shower still jackhammered the next night, but this time it was less. Finally, that night in my pajamas and ready to relax I called down to the restaurant for room service. But guess what? NO ROOM SERVICE! I chose the hotel specifically because it had its own restaurant. So we had to get dressed again to bring back to our room. I del paying extra for less.

Check-in staff was excellent and very attentive. Provided review of all amenities throughout the property. Cleaning staff was prompt and patient as we weren’t ready to leave when they first came. I believe we had breakfast included with our reservation however, we were not offered it and weren’t able to take advantage of that. Unfortunately, check-out desk agent was blunt and rude barely answering questions. While we were waiting for our car we heard someone else making the same comment and we concluded we were not the only ones feeling

Overall my family and I enjoyed our stay here. It' s a large and beautiful hotel. The lobby, grounds, and room were clean, modern, and well-kept. My only qualms were that we had to pay $48/ night for parking. And where else would one park? If you arrived in your own car then you HAVE to pay to park in the lot. If I had factored that into the total when I booked I would have stayed elsewhere. In addition, there is no complimentary breakfast. Again, another feature that other smaller hotels would provide free. Also, one time I called to ask a simple question to the front desk from my room and I was on hold for nearly 10 minutes. I just hung up eventually. It's a nice hotel. Just be prepared to spend WAY more than you thought.

Love seeing fireworks each night

The hotel is very nice and clean. Room was lovely. The cost of parking is ridiculous. I didn’t check in until about midnight and was only there for a few hours. Also my friends stayed at a nearby Hilton and did not have to pay for parking due to having handicap parking. I asked about it and was told no.
