Hotel Lulu, BW Premier Collection

Hotel Lulu is my go-to hotel when staying for Disneyland trips! Conveniently located about a half mile from the main gate entrance - so easy to walk and not too far if you need a mid-day rest off your feet. The hotel is always clean. I do love their pre-check in option... you just walk in give your name and ID and they hand you your room keys. I have not used their pool, food or bar area but is always clean and well staffed. I highly recommend Hotel Lulu for the cleanliness, cost and access to parks. Never a need to book anywhere else. Thank you Hotel Lulu!

Nice staff, rooms were nice

Staff were the most helpful but rooms lacked in cleaning.

Unfortunately when we walked into the room, pillows were limited,A/C was loud, shower was clogged and it took a fat minute for the water to drain, The toilet every time it was flushed it made a sound and water would splash up and wouldn’t flush properly. I called front desk twice, 1st time to ask for pillows (which i was told they could only give 2 pillows) 2nd time to tell them the toilet and the clogged issue. Maintenance never showed up nor was I moved to another room. By the time of check out I told these issues to the front desk worker and refunded me the charge of one night parking, Which In the first place I didn’t know I was being charged for parking my car. Its okay to spend the night and have a closer location to Disneyland but not worth the money, could definitely use a remodeling…

Hotel was nice and was comfortable. Stayed for three nights and had no housekeeping or trash pick up. Did not get any extra towels and were used on the first day

2.- alguien entró a nuestro cuarto y se llevaron algunas cosas, teníamos dinero AirPods tablets y afortunadamente no los tomaron pero si un perfume y una orejitas que compramos en Disney no son cosas caras pero el hecho de que se los llevaran arruinó mi estancia , reporte el incidente con la administración y dijeron que no podrían hacer mucho y dijeron que dejamos las puerta abierta??? Y mi hijo se quedó en el mismo hotel y me comentó que el encontró su puerta abierta una noche anterior al incidenteme ofrecieron un descuento de $34 dollares? 34 dólares Pareció una broma, y no el hecho del. Valor de las cosas que se llevaron la inseguridad de estar ahí la experiencia fue horrible. Los cuartos vecinos con la musica alta a media madrugada mala experiencia no volveré jamás a este lugar !

Staff was amazing, outdoor pool and food service was amazing. Room needs a little update and need to do something about the scent in the room.
