Hyatt House at Anaheim Resort/Convention Center

We disliked room service, we stayed 4 nights and only got our room poorly cleaned once. They didn’t sweep the floors, they just changed towels and made the larger bed and left folded bed sheets for the other beds. any food crumbs stayed or were wiped to the corners, spills weren’t cleaned, nothing wiped. Cups and glasses never replaced. I was disappointed with the service, I didn’t have any cleaning supplies to do it myself so we had to manage it as we could.

We take one vacation a year as a family and this hotel is our favorite! We stay here every year! The family suite is wonderful and we love that each of the kids have their own bed and space to rest and recharge! The staff is amazing and always so kind and helpful!

Front desk staff very rude and not helpful

Excellent for those visiting Disneyland. Easy walk to and from the park. The breakfast was a nice, free start to each morning. I highly recommend this property!

Multiple stays at this locations and the staff has always been top notch. They are very courteous and thankful and willing to help, answer questions and if they are able to, book you in early and allow late stays. I enjoyed my stay and will be back.

The location is wonderful, their complimentary breakfast has a great variety of options. The only negative comment I have is that the receptionist that helped us during our check in was not the friendliest but I did see that the other two receptionists were.

The property was very nice and had a really great breakfast although it would be nice if it stayed open later than 9 am. The room and beds were nice. The kitchen was fairly sparse, no toaster or blender and just a few utensils, plates. The biggest issue we had was with the shower, the temperature fluctuated between cold and scalding hot so showering was a bit challenging.

When I arrived to my room it has a terrible smell like a hobo! And then I checked what was it and I found out that they haven’t change the shower curtain it was really dirty!!

Did not feel safe

Breakfast is delicious, they have lots of choices. You can eat outside and inside. My husband used the bar, great customer service. And this hotel is great place to visit Disney.
