Great location and comfortable stay around the corner from the Convention Center for D23.

This location is amazing for access to the Disney parks and the convention center! CVS and Walgreens 2-5 minutes walk from the hotel (for all the things you forgot at home or snacks). Also, an excellent Coffee Bean on the same block. The staff at this hotel was warm, helpful and accommodating! This was our second stay here and we will use again in the future!!

Very clean, friendly staff, easy and affordable room service. Walk to Disneyland was simple, had to pay for parking but it was cheap!

We like the location to Disneyland. We’re quick walkers so it only takes us 10-15 minutes to walk to the main gate. The front desk workers were all very kind and helpful. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The rooms could use some updates. And some rooms are nicer than others. We’ve stayed here three times over the past three years. This time our room had a musty smell. And there was no small freezer section in our mini fridge. The room felt mostly clean. The towels are scratchy. But we do appreciate the size of the rooms. It makes it easier to have a stroller and pack n play in the room. We would stay here again! It’s comfortable enough, the price was okay, the staff was nice, and it’s good location.

I got the family suite and the price was amazing. I will say the couch bed wasn’t the comfiest, they did not provide pillows and the bed sheets were a little dirty. The toilet was also weird, it wouldn’t flush at times. But overall the room was very spacious and great for the price. It’s about a 15-20 minute walk from the Disneyland park.

The staff was super helpful when the AC in our room wasn't cooling sufficiently. They moved us to anther room no questions asked! The cleaning appeared to be a rushed job as the room wasn't the absolute cleanest. But overall not bad. The doors that separate room offer no privacy. The hotel was only a 15 minute walk to the main entrance of Disneyland! Which was great!

Staff at the front desk were polite and friendly. The parking is a shared parking structure at the back of the hotel. There were a few parking spaces along the length of the hotel but apparently those go quickly. As someone who drives a full size truck with a 8 ft bed, it was difficult trying to find a parking spot I could fit in. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. I didn’t like the bathroom door as if someone needed to go into it and someone was at the sink , you had to move out of the way as the big door would have hit you. Fairly close to the parks. Building is locked and you have to use your key to get to the rooms, so it felt safe. But if you order food or anything, you have to meet them outside in the parking lot. It was ok all in all.

It was close to Disneyland. It smelled like someone died in the room. Everything looked like it had not been deep cleaned since the hotel opened. The mattress was truly disgusting. The phone didn’t work.

Rooms were basic, it's a good location but you pay for parking. Nothing special

Location stuff There is excessive noise and movement from the children in the room above us every day due to poor sound insulation. When we spoke to the reception desk about this to ask for the activity to be reduced, they stated that there was nothing they could do until 10:00 PM.

Conveniently located

Over all a nice place to stay. Great bang for you buck! Across the street from a IHop and a Walgreens. Walking distance from Disneyland. Have to pay for parking but pretty safe place.

Checked in, went to “our” room that they said was “checked and cleaned” and it was someone else’s room. All their belongings were present and lights were on etc. We went back down and got another room. No A/C in the hallways and funky smell. The room had A/C but dirty sheets, and I would never not wear my shoes on the floor. Shower was run down and drains weren’t working well. Your charger $40/night for parking and after we got back from dinner and an hour and DTD, NO PARKING. We circled for 1hr and even went to the property next door that they said should have parking… none. Lots of time wasted at this hotel. I complained and left the next morning to a much cleaner and more comfortable hotel. I wouldn’t stay there again even if it was free.
