Great place for family!!

They had a balcony with plastic chairs. Room smelled old and mildewy. Elevator near room was out of order. No parking for check-in so many cars would block access to parking garage. Staff was friendly and helpful that was the only positive. Room A/C did not get as cold as one would like, thankfully balcony window allowed for cold night air to come however on a hot summer night room would not be comfortable. TV very small, with basic cable channels. No microwave in room, only on first floor. $35 parking in garage shared with another hotel. Overall not a good experience, would not stay there again.

Was an absolute blast

We were charged a daily 'resort' fee but nothing felt much like a resort. Your room isn't even cleaned daily. The bathroom door squeaked so loudly. It is close to the parks and the beds were comfy but I imagine thousands of people stay here per year, take a little $$ and upgrade the rooms.

Staff was super friendly, would book again.

We love the ease of checking in

The room smelled of mold and mildew. Smelled like a wet dog was in the room. Mattresses were thin and not comfortable. Furniture was old and severely worn. Bathroom was the same. Hallways smelled. Parking was a hassle. The place could really use a renovation and could be quite nice due to its location. Will not recommend this hotel.

Everything was great at the hotel. The only thing I could complain about is the first sink attached to the vanity not the one in the bathroom with the tub and the toilet would back up when brushing your teeth. Pool was great hot tub was great and room was clean and comfortable. Tiffany was extremely helpful with getting a mobility scooter delivered and picked up from the property for me. It was the first time I had to use it and she went above and beyond. This is my go to place to stay whenever I come with my family unless it’s fully booked.

The property is quite old. The rooms are outdated. Need to spruce the rooms up. The hallway smelled. Otherwise, OK

Great location for walking to the parks! The family suites with the bunk beds are very outdated and smell badly. There were stains on the bedding and couch. The parking is also very limited and terrible.

The water smelled in both used, the hallways smelled of mildew The front staff woman gave bad vibes they were rude and not friendly welcoming. Even calling in advance to say we were gonna check in late and confirm that it was free parking because they changed to non free after I purchased my reservation. All in all. Ive stayed in many hotels around this area for disney and this was by far the worst .. never again thats for sure

The room wasn’t that clean plus I think it needs an update. The good thing is that is not far from Disneyland.

There is no room service for food as advertised either. We used Door Dash. There was no daily room cleaning. Coffee pot was a joke. Terrible coffee. The rooms badly need to be updated.

The location is perfect to go to Disneyland. The room is great for a family with the bunkbeds.

You literally have to pay for not only the hotel room and fees but parking too… and at the end… surprise! More resort fees. The rooms are outdated and you have to request it to be cleaned or to get towels. Mattress on bunk bed had yellow stain… just wasn’t what we thought we were paying for. Pics online look way better and are a bit misleading. But it is a great location near Disney and a lot of restaurants and stores.

We’ve stayed here for our past trips to Disney and staff is usually accommodating. We got in Wednesday evening, had a family suite. We called once to ask for towels and was told someone would bring them shortly. We called back a second time over an hour later and were told they were short staffed and if we can come and pick them up. This was now almost 11 and we were staying in the second building, we never went down and asked housekeeping when we seen them the next day if we can have more towels. She then brought them within 20 minutes. A family suite that sleeps 6+ should have more than 4 bath towels. We walked majority of our trip but the two times we needed to use the car we had to park in the parking garage and were told our room key would open it up when we left (after inserting ticket). Twice we had to call for service, tell them our room number, last name and which hotel we were staying to get out of parking garage.
