Very happy with our family trip to Disney being so close this hotel was so perfect. The staff was incredible and you could see DCA from the balcony.

The air conditioning in the room would not go below 68 degrees and that made it difficult to sleep when the unit was located in a separate room. Shouldn’t have to buy a fan to cool a room when you pay for comfort especially during a heat advisory.

As always, the perfect place for our family to stay on our Disneyland trips, this time I was here for the Disney convention at the Anaheim convention center conveniently located across the street, They have an excellent staff they adjusted everything I needed , very accommodating , great food court ,nice lobby just all around very family friendly.very clean breakfast area, great salsa in the morning!!!

The breakfast was great. The proximity to the park was easy to walk to and from. The staff was hit and miss. The hot water was out for a spell but they fixed it quickly. Our smoke detector batteries were low so it was chirping and they got someone there quickly. Parking was on site and easy to access.

Loved it, the double bed suite was so nice. Walking distance to Disney. Very family friendly.

Comfy beds if u just need a place to sleep. Good location less than 10min walk to Disneyland

Room was a great size. Two bathrooms with four women were an absolute must have! Will definitely stay here again with our next group trip. Breakfast could have been a little better with more options!

Close to the parks, clean and well tended. Breakfast is a good start to the day. The only issue I had was the housekeeping staff. When they serviced our room , a psi of pajamas went missing. I called the front desk and was told they must have gotten mixed up with the sheets. I went down to the front desk to pick them up and was handed a plastic bag with damp clothes and no apology. Beyond that, it was a good stay.

Clean room and amazing breakfast

The hotel and room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in the full bunk bed suite. However there were twin size mattresses on the full size beds. My older children, 20 and 16, did not complain about the bed size but I felt bad that they did not have a larger mattress. Everyone enjoyed the breakfast before heading out to Disney Land. The location is convenient to walk to the park. I would stay at the Desert Palms again.

A few extra steps to walk to the park but bed, sleep, and breakfast were amazing!

The location is good in terms of proximity to Disneyland. The room layout was nice due to the bunk bed. I might just be me but, there was a musty smell to the room. The room was also a little small for us. The restaurant was a little pricey.
