Cleanest good neighbor hotel we have stayed at!

clean spacious room and fairly close walk to Disney. Staff was more than friendly & helpful.

I was disappointed that they only had live TV, boring! I also double booked by room, and they did not reimburse me for one day, but not the other. Overall, close to Disney, clean, staff is very nice.

We also found a big spider that went into my clothes in the luggage. They cleaned the room everyday but I don’t think they thoroughly cleaned it because we saw mosquitos flying and a spider.

The hotel stay was amazing! Just a quick 15 minute walk to the park. Room was cleaned every day. I would stay here again for that reason. And PARKING IS INCLUDED! The check in process was so quick and forward that I had no questions.

Okay where to begin. The floors in my room are soooooi dirty. Seriously dirty. If you look at other reviews going back which I did not do I honestly would not have picked this hotel. If you notice the walk from the hotel to Disneyland and back is covered in bird droppings. Everywhere. Now I took a picture of the wash cloth (I will post it ). That I used to clean my feet with after being barefoot in the hotel room. (I had sneakers on outside so I was never barefoot outside only inside ). Knowing that all that dirt is probably mixed with bird droppings. Sooo gross. I will never stay here again.

The complex is older, but perfectly adequate. There are no restaurants on the property (but many places to eat nearby) and a nice pool to relax and cool down in. On the day of check out I asked if I could leave my car in the carpark for an extra two hours, and I was pleasantly surprised and pleased when the answer was YES. The office manager explained that they were not that full that night, and if I was prepared to park it against the far fence, I was very welcome to leave my car an extra few hours. I was very grateful for this option ( even though I ended up not needing it). Thanks.

Pools were fun! But no breakfast or snacks to get! Staff was less than thrilled greeting us. Not enough towels for Suite

First time staying here. Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean and the property is very close to Disneyland. Parking was easy and we enjoyed having the pool/jacuzzi while taking a break from Disneyland. Would absolutely stay here again.

The location was very convenient to walk to Disneyland. Parking and Wifi was included but no breakfast offered. The Suites had plenty of room for 4 adults.

Had a great stay, loved that we rented a motorized scooter from a company and we basically had to do nothing, the scooter was delivered to the lobby and they charged it for us each night. Super easy

Near parks Pool size but not a deal breaker

This hotel is great for traveling to Disneyland. The rooms are very clean. I travel a lot and have stayed here three times. These hotel rooms are spotless.

This was our initial stay at this establishment, and we anticipate numerous future visits. The location is highly convenient, with readily accessible restaurants and shopping centers in close proximity.

Great location

Def not ultra modern(it’s a castle), but had everything needed for the minimum sleeping time spent at the hotel. Looked like families were enjoying the pool and hot tub as we walked past but did not try those out ourself.

Free parking, clean rooms, pool area was nice not too many people use it.

Perfect location. 10 minute walk to the park and several restaurants within walking distance. Room was very clean and beds were great.

Great AC and close to Disneyland.
