Travis in the front was very kind and helpful. Hidden parking fees! We literally stayed there. Should be included in price. Also, we were asleep and staff came to the room banging to give us towels we didnt ask for. They knocked 4 times. Very disappointed in how loud the halls were. Very frustrated with the cost.

Great place to stay. Clean property. Friendly staff. It would have been nice to be a little closer but the walk was nice. I would not recommend walking late alone from the park. There were not many people out the last stretch of the walk back and I was uncomfortable in the middle of the night. We took an uber back the second night and it was easy and cheap.

Convenient to convention centre

The property is so clean and comfortable. I only wish the Starbucks and cafe was open during the day after breakfast hours. I didn’t see the sign for the Disneyland shuttle option until later in the day but I used this feature and it was so much better than walking or ride share.

The parking spaces are small.

Convenient location and great staff.

It’s a basic room with just a small fridge. The pool was nice. Walls were a little thin and could hear the neighbors TV. Very close to downtown and convention center which was nice.

It was a very nice place to stay me and my husband used the shuttle to go to Disney I would highly recommend taking it !

We had a great stay, clean and comfy rooms.
