Very outdated hotel for higher prices, charges for parking. No complimentary water or coffee

stood here for a weekend getaway property was nice and clean has a lot around the property very convenient. Only things I didn't like the air-conditioning didn't get really cold, the hallway when you got off the elevator was really hot, the couch was super uncomfortable and the TV's were really dated, staff was really nice just wish the lady that checked us in explained more about the hotel and I didn't have to ask so many questions, other than that it was a nice stay. Would stay again but might look around first especially for what you pay.

We arrived a little early to use the pool. We asked 4 times for pool towels and were told someone would bring them right up. They never arrived. My husband had to go soaking wet to the lobby to get towels. We were told they would notify us when our room was ready. Nobody ever contacted us and we had to go ask if it was ready. We got to our room and there were no sheets on the coach bed or in the closet. We had to calm and ask for sheets so my son could make a bed. It seemed as if they were short staffed and our drey was more stressful than not.

The hotel was undergoing renovations (I was not aware of this when booking) and I was made aware upon check in that the TVs were not working at all. The reception staff were very accommodating and offered alternatives to make that up. I’ve never had a bad stay here, and will visit again.

cleanest property thus far on all of trips to Disneyland

Got a renovated room on the 7th floor. Was very clean, lots of space. Was able to check in early. Staff was kind and me leave my bags while I got breakfast. Very close to Disneyland. Was able to walk back after.

Very clean and comfortable. We didn't use the pool or fitness room. The only reason i gave 4 stars is because they did not clean our room any day. On their side, we left quite late everyday in the afternoon. We requested service from the cleaning staff but in retrospect I don't think they understood our language (English). Nice place though. Staff is very friendly and smiley.

Our room was very nice and decent for the price. Check in was fast friendly and warm cookies were given as well. Will def come back!!!

Location The shower wasn’t clean. It had previous hair particles in it! The thermostat wasn’t working properly!

It was convenient to the convention center. The property itself was nice in the lobby. However, the rooms could stand some updating.
