Room was spacious and suited our needs. close to food and disneyland

Good

1. Not enough parking, although they did provide complimentary valet. 2. Location was close to Disneyland. Could walk 10 minutes to Disneyland off site parking with frequent shuttle to the park. 3. Morning breakfast free with stay didn’t have much variety. Same food everyday and the food was just ok. 4. Housekeeping doesn’t come clean your room everyday unless you call to request it. 5. When housekeeping did come clean, didn’t leave any extra toilet paper. When I called to get more, I had to walk to the office and get it myself.

Great place to stay.The complimentary breakfast is very good, great staff the only negative is the parking situation

Hottub needs some chemicals and the people upstairs were heel walkers. Other than that great price, great breakfast and great staff!

You got anything you need to have a good and comfortable stay!!! Definitely coming back again soon!!!

There were boogers on the top bunk bed. My son would not sleep up there even after we cleaned them off the rail

Close to the parks, free parking, free breakfast

Front staff super friendly, plenty of breakfast for everyone and the rooms were super clean.

They have always full parking lot but we found spot all the time little far

Bare bones hotel and room. The shower was clogged and would not drain the water and the bathroom sink smelled like sewer. The bed was very uncomfortable and had a metal plate near the bottom on the side that made a loud noise when you got on or off the bed. There was no blanket on the bed or extra one in the closet. The free breakfast was terrible. Stale bagels that broke when you cut it and no cream cheese. The cereal was stale as well and a jug of milk was just left out on the counter by the cereal. There was one worker making pancakes and she seemed overwhelmed. When I reported the clogged shower and sink at check out the attendant made no apology. She just said she would let the maintenance guy know. Only benefit of this hotel was that it was a short walk to the Disney parking where you could take a tram to the park. Would not return.

Clean room, staff helpful letting us know request to clean bedroom is as requested. Friendly staff, asked visitors if they neededbhelp. Free breakfast a must, variety of breakfast available. Parking free, also close to toystory parking with free shuttle so no need to park at disney or even walk all the way to disney. microwave and fridge available.

It was great to stay at this location. Early breakfast with different option to choose from. Close to all attraction. Rooms were very comfy and clean. Parking is free so even better.

Hotel was amazing. Great location to walk to Toy Story parking lot to ride the free shuttle to Disneyland. Great breakfast and clean rooms.

Breakfast was alright, water from shower had zero pressure, overall was an okay hotel.

Had a good stay enjoyed the complementary breakfast. The pool was not heated so be aware of that. other than that, I have no complaints. The parking was free and my car was safe all four days I was there.

The hotel was old, dirty, and run down. It smelled terrible- outside and in the room. The pool was yellow. The breakfast was less than subpar. As a travel agent, I would never recommend this to someone. I took a chance on a last minute trip, and it was one of the only hotels with rooms available. Now I know why. The only positive was that it was close to the Toy Story parking lot which made it easy to get back and forth to the Disney parks. It was so noisy at night we could hardly sleep. The door didn’t close properly so we could see light all around the door when it was closed and locked.

Amazing experience stayed here before can’t beat the price including free parking and buffet breakfast. Also so close to Toy Story parking lot. The only downside for this stay the sink was somewhat clogged took a long time for the water to drain so we used the bathtub to wash hands. That’s the only downside. Would recommend and stay again no doubt.
