Best Western Plus Raffles Inn & Suites

Overall it was a good stay. I was only disappointed that there was no hot breakfast. The hotel was going under a renovation, had I of known I would have booked my stay elsewhere because we love to have hot breakfast included in our stay we usually pay more for this option because of it.

Great staff and access to Disney shuttle was helpful

Did not get my deposit back I called them and they started they refunded me and there was nothing they could do.

Close distance to toy story parking lot free shuttle to the parks. Including pre security screening for faster entry.

Location and value for money. Cleanliness and willingness of staff to work. Carpets are dirty and stained and everything else although functional but very old and heavily used.

The breakfast was pretty good. Location is under construction, so temporary room was kind of small. Wish they had more protein options but other than that is was fine. The fold out bed wouldn’t fold back up after the first night so we couldn’t use it as a couch.

It was perfect for our trip to Disneyland. We had a suite for the 3 of us and it worked out perfect!!! Nothing

Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was more of a grab and go style. Parking was good. Hotel close to Toy Story lot so you could take the shuttle or 15 min walk to park. Room was clean.

We booked the kids "suite" with the bunk beds. Its definitely NOT a suite; it sleeps 6...we had 4 people and we were cramped. The room layout is weird too but we made it work as best as we could. The hotel advertises that they have full breakfast and a gym - both of those are untrue. They have continental breakfast and it's in the old gym area, so no gym. At check-in we were told there would be a $60 deposit, but it was actually $80 (found out at check-out). Also, when I mentioned the "full breakfast advertised on their website", the check-in front desk person said "I know, they need to fix that." Lastly, they advertise tjat the property is 100% smoke free....every day, all day long, there was someone smoking cigarettes right by the stairs that take you up to the second and third floor rooms. Another false advertisement. Overall a 2 because it was clean.

The location was great for a trip to Disney. It was very easy to walk to and from the park. Every single person I interact with the staff were wonderful. The morning breakfast was very good. The pool was small but adequate for my three-year-old granddaughter. The water was warm and clean. Our room was cleaning comfortable.

I didn’t enjoy my stay at all. I HAD BED BUGS!!! I checked out after one night!! When I showed up at the lobby at 6 am to let them know, the front doors were locked and the hotel staff was sleeping. The property was overpriced, and the room quality was far below what I expected for the cost.
