Air con didnt work in the 2 rooms. I let staff know but no one came to fix it.

The distance fom the Anaheim Convention Center is great. A bedbug or a flea bit me in the room on the last night of my stay Breakfast was terrible so poor The bedsheet were to thin not confortable.

Stayed at this hotel on Aug 21st and 22nd for two nights. The microwave and fridge were both not working. Not knowing that the fridge didn’t work had food for overnight in the fridge that got spoiled next day morning. On reporting to front desk I was told I should have informed, would they have replaced my spoiled food. Won’t we expect a fridge to be working in a room. Also the reception desk mentioned if you want room to be serviced/cleaned just don’t put do not disturb, so we did do. And we came back in the night one day, beds were not made, the bath soap in the bathroom was not refilled. On reporting that, we were told to come to reception and pick up bar soap. If I had an option I would have given ZERO stars to this hotel, never ever booking Best western again and going to pass on my experience to all my friends and colleagues also. I regret choosing this hotel.

The hotel more than fulfilled its purpose as a base for visiting the Disney parks. Its location was particularly convenient, being very close to the Toy Story parking area, which made getting to the parks easy. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was perfectly adequate and the recently renovated facilities were a positive aspect. The main issue was noise, as the windows faced an interior passageway and noise from other guests could sometimes make it difficult to sleep. The fridge in our room also did not cool very well. Apart from these points, the hotel was perfectly adequate for its purpose and offered good value for a stay focused on visiting the Disney parks.

The priority best value is its location. You can go walking to Disney parking lot. It was great The breakfast room was under remodelation so the included breakfast was limited but ok.

The facility in rooms were clean. there was remodeling going on little inconvenient.

The staff was great and the location was very close and convenient to the Disney shuttles. You can extend your parking there for a small fee amd use the shuttle. The room was clean, nice and the area felt nice and safe for us.

Comfortable beds, recently redone shower, and helpful staff. They were in the middle of some renovation work, which we didn’t realize would affect our stay. Continental breakfast, nothing hot, and no laundry room for guests currently. The pool area is small but comfortable. Unfortunately there was a failure with the lights, causing it to close early the last three nights of our stay.

Friendly staff, clean. We felt the room wasn’t described well - a suite with 2 bedrooms was in fact 1 bedroom and a living room with a bed in it. Noisy air con and the people above us sounded like they were coming through the ceiling!

Nice and clean and easy breakfast. Renovating right now so no laundry on site.
