When we arrive to check-in, it was fast but once I arrived to the room, the key card would not work so I had to go back to the front desk. Once I entered the room, I noticed that there were spiderwebs by the sink. It looked like this room was not being maintained. There were hairs all over the floor and on the beds. It was long black hair. The restroom area also had hair and some of the towels looked dirty. Good thing I travel with my towels. The next day housekeeping came to clean the room, but it looked like they use the same sheets for the beds. The parking area was full of trash. Also not enough parking spaces for the rooms that they have. We had to park next to the trashcan because there was no parking spaces.

Microwave didn't work. I wouldn't call that a breakfast. Muffins and juice or coffee. That's it not even butter for the muffin.

Upon entering, the room had an overpowering smell of dampness and humidity. The floors were visibly wet, and the bathroom was full of mold and smelled terrible. To make matters worse, the next morning my children and I woke up covered in bites because the beds had bed bugs. The advertised "buffet breakfast" was completely misleading—it was practically nonexistent, consisting only of coffee, juice, three yogurts, a couple of apples, and a few muffins. The coffee tasted awful, like straight tap water. Safety is also a major concern. The property is not fully fenced, making it feel very insecure. While walking to our room, we saw an unhoused individual wandering freely on the premises. Housekeeping had left room doors open, and this person was looking inside room after room and digging through the hotel’s trash cans. As a parent traveling with children, this was alarming and made us feel unsafe. When we asked to cancel our stay due to these unbearable conditions, management refused to issue a refund. Charging guests to stay in such an unhygienic and insecure environment is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise against staying here, especially for families.

Room was ok. We were in an adjoining room (I need to remember to request no adjoining rooms) and our neighbors weren't the quietest people. The bottom of the adjoining door had a big gap at the bottom, so sound and even light traveled into our room. Towels were less than ideal. 'White' towels that were grey and definitely mismatched, not of the same brand. Some were super thin and the odd towel was super fluffy. Shower curtain was an inch to short so after a shower there was a ton of water on the floor. There was a weird smell to the room that never went away. (We were there for 6 nights). I assume the smell came from the air conditioner? There is no safe in the room. It had a good size fridge tho which was nice. When I checked in, I asked for no housekeeping service. I always opt out of housekeeping. I just don't like people in my room however that simple request wasn't honored. I had to ask the front desk 3 times in 4 days to take me off the housekeeping list. And when housekeeping did come in, they took our towels that we had hanging up. One of those towels were ones I had actually brought from home. I thought they only took towels that were left on the floor or in the bathtub as that is usually a sign that you want fresh towels? Not ones already hanging up? I would not stay here again. There are better hotels in the area.

My stay at this hotel was significantly below expectations. Upon both arrival and departure, I had to speak with the front desk through a side window, which created an unprofessional and uncomfortable first and last impression. The bed was in extremely poor condition; the mattress had pronounced, noisy springs that made it difficult to rest properly. The vinyl floor was visibly dirty, and the sheets were dingy with a musty odor that suggested inadequate cleaning. Additionally, the towels were heavily worn, discolored, and far below acceptable standards for guest use. Overall, the room lacked proper maintenance and cleanliness, and the service setup was not appropriate for a hotel environment. I would not consider staying here again.

The floor in our room was so dirty, walking from the bed to the shower turned our feet black. The room was humid like a sauna and we couldn't clear the air even with the vent on and window open. The walls and counters are covered with scratches and stains. Our towels and sheets all had stains and marks. The staff was rude and unaccommodating. House keeping forgot to visit our room one night and the staff member tried to argue with me about it when I simply asked for some clean towels. Staff were on their phones or laptops during check in / out and seemed bothered to be interrupted. They're all Indian and you can tell they don't want to work. The website photos of the property must be a decade old. There's rust and decay on everything. Pool, exterior, sidewalk, interior, all of it is falling apart. The breakfast pictures are a lie and a joke. All they had were tiny muffins, tiny yogurt, a juice fountain, and coffee that was thicker than swamp water and tasted like sludge. We had a kcup machine in our room but no kcups to be found. There are undesirables in the surrounding area. Some homeless were walking the street nearby. There were some black guys loitering at the top of the stairs every day, smoking weed and yelling at each other and other individuals at the Jack-in-the-Box next door. Please avoid this place.
