The staff are very good and greaful. The breakfast is very good. But the parking is always full after 9pm. But the staff always find solution.

The staff was very nice. But the hotel is not short walk to Disneyland.

When we got into the room, there was a roach. There’s some minor cracks under the door, so that’s probably how it got in, but just something to think about prior to staying here.

La estancia fue horrible , el lugar no es como se mira en imágenes, esta sucio, no tiene servicio de limpieza ,no tiene estacionamiento suficiente, todo esta muy mal.y feo no lo recomiendo para nada

Location , front desk hospitality, price, comfort, cozy breakfast area, and hotel reliable room reservation and honest room refund deposit. Floors and bedspread grimey, pillows lumpy. Shower knob very hard to turn and the pull sign on shower door is deceiving guest can accidentally pull open instead of pushing and could break. Maid for room #200 walked in to clean when cleaning sign wasn't outside the room door. But mostly long-term guest were very loud in the midnight hours on my 2nd night couldn't sleep. But overall was pleasant and I will probably return. These are not complaints but constructive facts to better serve your guest. Thank you.

The service, The view from my window, everything inside the room was perfec, breakfast was ok, and the atmosphere vary nice,, thank you Capri,, The refund was a little confuse but it was resolved

The worst part is parking but I got this room on the low low. So it was better than I expected

The room was great for our needs. the living room part I loved. It was good but never had the house keeping make bed or empty trash. Only had shower.

Great location!!! Walkable to Anaheim Convention Center, Disneyland and Target. Close to fast food and sit down dining. Nice breakfast! Staff was helpful and accomodating! I would retur❤️n again!!!

I like the location an convenience The floors were pretty dirty we had to contact the front desk and they send housekeeping to mop them.

Helpful staff

I tried to register 1 hour early but was told I couldn't. Not really friendly. I had requested a bottom floor because of a hip problem. Nope...I was put on the top floor. At least they had the slow elevator. It helped. The bed was a special hardness. Not sure if bedrock is a hardness. Luckily I had a pillow top cover just in case. The floors weren't carpeted and felt as if someone had gone to the beach and had left sand on the floor. The shower was glass enclosed and still left puddles outside of the shower. Soap and shampoo containers were full but the the dispensers didn't work. Probably why the containers were full. Breakfast wasn't bad but very small area for guests. I was there for 3 nights. Not sure if I would go back.

The room was completely dirty still with food all over the couch and dirt/ trash all over the floor. The shower floors were extremely grimy . Worst of all my youngest child went to sleep and woke up with bed bug bites all over her face and body. When discussing a refund with the front office, they advised us to get our refund through Booking.com which seemed impossible, considering I couldn’t navigate the app to do that and did not even discuss moving us to an actual clean room. I will never book there again. The place is disgusting inside and out. During checkout, the staff was extremely rude as well. There wasn’t a single thing we did like or enjoy about the room.

We slept so well! The beds were very comfortable!

Okay with rooms and price amenities and breakfast needs improvement

The staff was inconsistent. Check In was fine but the clerk didn’t know how to split payment between two credit cards. We arrived back one evening to find the room had NOT been cleaned and we had no clean linens. A different clerk was there the next day and he was very rude. Said that I should have put a sign in the door if I wanted my room cleaned. There was no sign left in my room so I didn’t know. The clerk yelled at me that it was this problem that I was stupid and he resented the fact that I asked for clean towels and pillowcases at least. He went into a store room and slammed the door and when he returned with the linens they were thrown carelessly on the counter. I asked to speak to a manager but none were there. I got the name of a person but he was never there when I called to report my dissatisfaction. Decent location though
