Always great. The only thing this time the seal under the door has a rip and bugs can get in so I had to roll up a towel to use it as a seal. Other than that always great.

There is continuous noise from the surrounding occupants - ice cream parlor, apartments, street work.

Nice place to stay

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good to start your day. Close to a restaurant and shops. I will definitely comeback to this hotel.

I loved how close it was to Disney.. made it real easy to get there and not have to drive far that early in the morning or tired from all that walking and having to drive forever to get back to the hotel.. I had an easy and quick check in and the lady (forgot her name) was super helpful with some first aid stuff I needed for my girl.. over all great stay… parking fills up quick but the parking lot was big enough to accommodate every room.. I will recommend the place to folks going to Disney for sure but even in general if whatever they are doing is relatively close …

One of my two beds headboards was broke. My coffee maker didn’t work and when I came back at 11 at night. my electricity was off the rest of the night.

The location and shuttle. The room. The tub was dirty and the room had a smell and bed was moist due to heat and /ac system creating moisture.

Property itself was great! Our only complaint was the noise level from the street, which the property had no control over.

Bed was comfortable enough, but the sofa in the room had two cigarette burn holes in it, and the rolling chair at the desk had many stains on it. Both room keys stopped working on my third night. One key was in the room for the length of stay, and one was with me, but both stopped working. The front desk staff told me there was nothing wrong with the keys, and would have maintenance check the door. Maintenance was able to open the door with their universal fob, and said the problem was with my key. Breakfast was the best thing about staying here - the make your own waffles were good.

Our stay was excellent. All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean. The kids had so much fun in the pool. Location is great and within walking distance to many restaurants. Breakfast was good with a good assortment of food. The only downside is the street noise but that’s hard to avoid in such a busy area. Great value for the price!

It was a good stay. Good place to stay if you will go to Disneyland

Location was conveniently close to the venue for the tournament we were attending and also close to Disney Hair in the bathroom. AC did not work and wasn’t offered to change room even though this was brought to their attention within less than 5 min of arrival. No house keeping services even after we requested it. Ran out of toilet paper and had to go find housekeeping our selves to get it replaced

We loved that they would clean our room every time we got back it was so nice to see everything nice and clean we loved the breakfast and the pool was so amazing we definitely will book here again. The only thing I wasn’t fond of was the smell there is definitely mold growing in the walls the smell was strong and it was so disappointing it almost smelled like mildew but definitely mold like smell.

I liked how close it was to Disneyland. I didn’t like how when we asked for cleaning half way through our stay, one of our San Diego zoo bags went missing & supposedly was never found. I am so mad cause everything in that bag was well over $130 it was my families first time going to California from Montana and for this to happen.. I am very disappointed & heartbroken. We wanted a souvenir from everywhere we went and for that stuff to go missing bummed me out so bad. I would be careful booking, if you do please lock up your things & take pictures of your belongings to make sure you have everything! Pillows & bed were a little uncomfortable also!
