Sonesta ES Suites Anaheim Resort Area

Avoid this place at all cost!!! Firstly, thy do not clean the rooms even if you ask them. The rooms were outdated and dirty. The pool area and patios are messy and look unfinished with lots of trash like old cigaret bits and bear bottle caps. The sheets and towels are old and have holes in them. This is one of the works places I’ve ever stayed at.

This was an amazing stay. Staff responsiveness was superb. My fridge was not working and within the hour I had a new fridge. The only reason I will not return is the parking $32.00 per night! Nope! I don’t want to pay that much for parking!

I stayed at this Hotel for 4 days. Everything about this Hotel was amazing. Staff, breakfast, Cleanliness, location, price etc would all make you smile. I loved it.

The two bedroom suite is perfect for us when we stay in Anaheim. We have stayed there two years in a row while visiting Disney and Universal. The full kitchen is useful, but having separate rooms and bathrooms is priceless. Morning breakfast never disappoints, the pool is fantastic and location to Disneyland is great! Walmart is also close by for quick groceries. We stay for a week and it works perfectly for us!

Cons: $37.50 per day parking. If there for Disney maybe that would work, but for us, wrong move. Wasnt fully equiped with kitchen dishes, had to call for few things. They came quickly. Room was tight for family. bed blocked bottom drawer. Or they need reposition things

We were very pleased with this property. It had everything we wanted…free breakfast, a gym, laundry facilities, a pool and hot tub, and suites w/kitchens. Only disappointment was there was no oven. We didn’t realize that and had bought frozen wings and chicken nuggets that we didn’t get to have. But, it was still a great stay. The property is clean, we-maintained, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. We were here for a basketball tournament at Open Gym Premier and also for Disneyland. Both places were nearby and easy to get to. We will stay here again!

Pretty decent breakfast, great kitchen, friendly helpful staff ready to help with all your requests. Love this place!

Pleasant

Great stay from beginning to end. I traveled with my sister and my niece and nephew and we loved it. The room had a separate bedroom for me, one for my sister and the kids. And a middle living room and kitchen were we cooked and prepared a lot of meals and watched tv, relaxed. A great place to stay!

money to park the car each night. Not a bad location . About a 25-30 minute walk to Downtown Disney, Disneyland and California adventure. Nice lobby area and nice breakfast every morning. Staff were very friendly and helpful. AC was loud, but got used to it after the first night. We were so tired from being out all day , we didn’t notice. Room was spacious with a fridge, cabinets, stove, dishwasher etc. Tub drained slow, but I’m sure a quick snake would fix that. Wife and daughter enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Elevators were fast. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

The service was fast when you need anything done. Staff were very friendly and nice. The only pry I had was the air conditioning unit in my first room was leaking and wet the carpet up. So they move us to a d room. The second too the air conditioning was not working again. It kept shutting down and the room would get so hot. The maintenance man. Had to come 2 days back to reset it. At this point I was annoyed and didn’t want to pack up and move again. So it kept working after that because we had only one mot day before check out. Overall I would say it’s a clean , quiet place and the staff was excellent.
