It was a good hotel, the one thing I don't really care for is the price of the hotels in Alaska during the Summer.

I liked how close it was to the airport and that it had free breakfast and an airport shuttle. The room was clean. It is great if you are planning to catch a cruise ship the next day. All staff were nice and helpful.

Staff were helpful, but our room was not in good condition. The blackout curtains were broken and our bedspread appeared to have a bloodstain.

The stuff at the reception desk was very helpful and nice. This hotel needs major renovations. Also It smells like food everywhere.

Our room was huge and comfortable. The room needs some updating. Get rid of the carpeting.

Very nice, staff, Building and rooms are old, you may see signs of aging wear and tear of the appliances in your room

Room was fantastic, didnt hear anybody else and even was able to see the vehicle from the room clearly. Bad part is... it is on spenard... not the greatest of neighborhoods, but nobody messed with us or our stuff. Just the neighborhood. Not one to walk around after dark.
