For $700 per night the hotel need to provide much more. Table lamp had dust layer. Bathroom had 2 shampoo and one conditioner bottles - no body wash, shower door not closing completely, no complimentary water bottles. Beds were ok not super comfortable.

Dated room and furnishing

Poor room at first and was able to move to the other tower and room much nicer. Matija at the front desk was very helpful and had a good personality with customer service.

There was no pen or paper to write on in the room. The front desk staff had a real attitude, we showed up early and they acted like we should leave and come back, we had to ask if they could hold our luggage so we could go flight seeing. Then the next morning we awake and went down stairs to get breakfast, saw everyone at the"Continental breakfast" we joined in and found out it cost$28 a person. No signs, no info from staff just a bill as we were arriving. ( I had a banana, apple&orange juice-$28). $600 a night I expected much much better!

The location was great. A lovely continental breakfast, which is well catered for with staff and good food. The front desk staff are excellent, they are working overtime to manage the number of people coming through. There was no consistent room service to clean the room each day. I had to ring the front desk to ask for toilet paper when I arrived. When I asked front desk why my room had not been made up they said, did I ask for it.

Exceptional

Decent for those taking a cruise from Anchorage/Whitter. It’s a little long in the tooth but convenient if your bus is departing from the Egan Convention Center.
-
Filthy furniture, in disrepair, not suitable for work, plugged tub, broken outlets, lamps not working, air not working,

The hotel is a bit run down. For $600 per night it was disappointing for a Hilton property. We were there overnight to catch a cruise. I called the front desk after making a reservation online to inquire about transportation options. The person I spoke to was not at all helpful. I ended up fending for myself. The wait staff at breakfast had to be tracked down for service. Plenty of staff on hand, so that was not the problem. Maybe training? Whatever, I had higher expectations for a Hilton.

The room was small, but clean. Good location

Good location, great view from our room, decent breakfast. Other than the lady who checked us in who gave us our room with a view, the rest of the staff seems to have trouble speaking English and therefore communication was difficult. Breakfast was packed with people and the breakfast area was poorly laid out which made for a traffic jam around the food. Overall a pleasant stay.

Very convenient to train station

There were only 10 TV channels & 4 did not work. Eventually the maintenance guy came & fixed the TV. Ice machine did not work. There are 2 towers and we were never given any direction which one to take & therefore ended up lugging our luggage up & down the lift twice. In one tower there was only one lift working. The other was used by staff to deliver luggage. It took 10-15 minutes to get in a lift at the busy check-in time. I heard numerous people with complaints while I waited in line to speak to the manager! The location was good. But I would never recommend this hotel.

Property is tired, rooms small, but convenient to downtown restaurants and shops
