I have an excellent experience. There are helpful, there is shuttle. I really recommend this hotel.
-
The staff was very accommodating. We were pleased that a shuttle to the airport was included. Breakfast was pretty good.
-
The rooms were clean. The only issue we had the AC did not work but they brought a portable AC unit in and that worked great. The hotel is a little dated but not a deterrent. There is a large homeless population just down the street. But that is every where you go in Anchorage in our adventures through the city.
-
Easy to find. Close to the train.
-
Breakfast had cold eggs in fridge. Then had to microwave to warm up! Wifi works only for 2 hours then need to get new code for each person from front desk. Home less soup kitchen one.block away.was.no problem at all. The homeless people in town do not really bother you. We have more in our home town of Vancouver BC Canada

Been to much better rooms for incredibly less. First class price for a low class room. Should rent by the hour instead . Floors are broken and cracked ...the balcony was nice. ...and I do not want to spend anymore time on this. Just disappointed.
-
Dirty and noisy. Not a nice part of downtown Anchorage.
-
The staff was amazing. The room was clean and nicely made. There isn't a fan in the bathroom but that was not a problem for us. 10/10 would stay again.
-
Room was ok, I had a double bed and one of the beds had red stains in the sheets. Shower leaked. WiFi was weak.
-
The chair in our room was so old and stained it was just gross. Some staff was helpful and friendly and some I felt like an inconvenience. Driving up to the hotel it looks pretty sketchy. Fine for a place to stay overnight before catching a flight. The parking lot had a broken down RV in it - does someone live there? Close to train depot. Close to the Coastal Trail for a walk or run.
-
The manager was polite and acknowledged our concerns. They also refunded us when we said we were not happy with the hotel or room and were going to stay at a different hotel. The lift was very slow. The room was not clean and the sheets did not appear fresh. The lounge chair and desk chair were stained and damaged. The hotel is on the very edge of downtown.

Great location
-
This place is horrible. Heat did not work. Everything is run down. Loud noises throughout the day and night.
-
All I can say is that it was affordable and the bed was comfortable. The price that other places in Anchorage are charging might make me consider staying here again. If the price wasn't right, absolutely not.
-
Airport shuttle was great but the room staff were very disorganized. But friendly!
-
I typically don't leave bad reviews, but this was hands down the dumpiest hotel I've ever stayed in. A Ramada rep should really audit this place. Falling apart, dirty, lacking in pretty much every way
-
I am grateful that it offered decent stay sunder $300 which is not a lot on Anchorage downtown. However I would say that it needs to improve on housekeeping. The room seemed clean but the bathroom floor was full of hairs. Location is close to railroad track so it is not easy for someone who is a light sleeper. Also we could hear movement from upstairs so much that we know upstairs guests are walking back and forth to bathroom and bed.
-
Front desk staff never answers the phone, and the breakfast leaves a lot to be desired
-
The property is very close to downtown
