The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was a great size. My only complaint was the hotel smelled like cigarettes. Our room was nonsmoking but still smelled like someone had been smoking in there. We had to leave the door open during our stay. Beds were comfy. It was pretty noisy next to the street but I sleep fine with noise.

Good and convenient location. It will be nice if it offers airport shuttle

It’s smaller hotel than pictured but rooms are large and great location. No coffee for early morning travelers so that was disappointing. Clean place to stay but no extra fancy details ! Location is key plus you have to pay for parking!

Simple, safe, accessible. Great location for Snow City Cafe breakfast and Shore Trail.

Had to go downstairs to get ice. No tissues in the room. Asked for some, was told some would be delivered to the room.....none were delivered. Called again but there was nobody at the front desk. Security answered, said we could come down and get some. This was after 11:00 PM and after we had been traveling all day and already in our pajamas. I said someone needed to bring them to our room. They were left outside the door with no notice. Lacking customer service.

Older hotel but clean and staff was helpful and polite. Location was great and walking distance to whatever you need. Coffee/water available in the morning. I would stay there again

Excellent location. Spacious room. Would be nice if there was a restaurant on the premises.

No tiene área de restaurant en la facilidad. Tienen comedor pero no colocan nada para comer.

Enjoyed the stay..spacious room, clean surroundings, and access to fitness/sauna facilities across the street!

Room was pretty clean but carpets were dirty. Only lukewarm water in the shower & rooms were stuffy with no air.

The Voyager seemed like a well-built property that has seen better days. It wasn’t the cleanest, but not too bad. There was a lot of road noise in our room overlooking a busy downtown street, especially motorcycles enjoying the summer late night sun. The hotel location is convenient to downtown and a wise variety of restaurants. The bed was good.

Bon hôtel, bon rapport qualité prix. Secteur sécuritaire. Cependant, odeur de cigarettes omniprésente.

Property is on the older side. Loacted close to shops and restaurants. I stayed here a day before my cruise. Gets the job done.
-
Basic motel, not an inn or hotel. Staff was not seen often. And we received one slice of a bar of soap, no shampoo unless you asked the front desk.

Location was in area I wanted to stay. Property is somewhat dated although it appears enhancements were made over the years. Mixed reviews on staff, some are helpful but others require you to ask the right question to get an answer. Property allows you to charge parking in adjacent lot and charge it to your room - but - they don’t know what they’re doing. They charged me for parking and didn’t report it properly to utility and I’m now trying to resolve extra costs between utility and car rental place from afar. No one answers phones, returns calls or does the follow up they promised.

The rooms are spacious and in a great part of Anchorage. Visitors can easily walk to restaurants and the coastal walking trail. Front desk staff were very accommodating.
