Wonderful, friendly staff. Squeaky clean room. Lovely breakfast. Some of the best pizza we had just steps away at Farinando’s. I recommend and would return.

Not good business. I go to Italy 9 times a Year and stay in a lot of hotels. But never in this one again.

First night the room soundproofing was terrible, with noise from outside (road) and inside (other rooms, corridor). Luckily we got a different refurbished room and upgraded for the other nights.

Some equipment (like switch lights) and furniture in the room seemed to be old and not working properly.

The location of the property is wonderful, easy to walk to everything, and beautiful views everywhere. Delicious breakfast. Quiet inside during the night for sleeping, including black out shutters. Pool area was relaxing and very clean. The balcony rooms allowed for sunrise view from the room. Beds were a bit soft (I prefer firm) and the twin beds were small/narrow.

Breakfast was an amazing assortment of foods from cereal to cheeses, eggs to pastries. The hotels location was within walking distance to the beach, which was a delight. They also allowed us to park my car on their property without charge. The staff was kindly and extending. The rooms were cramped and small. We were in need of a laundry service to merely wash and dry one plastic bag of clothing, perhaps 20 T-shirts and undergarments. The cost was $ 188.00 US dollars. That was exorbitant and unnecessary.

Beautiful location just a short walk from the ocean. Close to downtown shops and restaurants. Everything is within walking distance. We loved the outdoor pool and bar. they make an excellent aperol spritz poolside.
