Mario, the person in site, is exceptionally kind and gracious as well as efficient. Very centrally located just steps from Il Giardino, an outstanding and very well priced restaurant. Also close to shops and grocery stores and markets and coffee bars and cheap excellent quality pizza places. Very clean and modern. Strong WiFi Would not work for someone with mobility issues; it’s on the third or fourth floor and no elevator. While they don’t have parking, they will register your car for a visitor permit so you can park in the street for €3 for 24 hours starting at 10:am. Mario is not there 24 hours so when you get your confirmation, be sure to record the computer code to access the facility and your room. Their phone numbers are posted and someone will always answer or get back to you promptly. Breakfast is decent; they have fresh pastries delivered every morning as well as yogurt and boiled eggs and of course coffee and tea. Perfect

An actual person to meet me which has been a rarity on this trip full of electronic check ins. Very helpful person on the front desk. Nice shower. Very nice breakfast Quite a hike from the port and the railway station. No kettle to make tea Old sockets so I couldn't charge my phone or computer in the room

The "totem" check-in kiosk is a breeze - dont let that hinder you. You just enter your last name & reservation check out date, then scan your id/passport & it gives you a code to your door. Easy. Location is nice, tons of restaurants & shops, beaches & parks within 10min walk. My room was super clean, breakfast decent (hard boiled eggs, cold cereals, toast, simple savory croissant sandwiches, 3 different types sweet pastries & cappuccino machine as well as juices. Front desk ladies were so kind & helpful. Would stay here again.

Location There are 4 floors, no elevator and nobody helps with the luggage. Also, the receptionist is not present 24/7 but only about 8 hours a day, and it shouldn’t be like that in what they call an hotel

Staff very rude and unpolite. Old premises & rooms like jail

The quality of the breakfast was very good, but there were few options and no warm items like soup or fried eggs. My room was a little dark, but it was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was nice, the location is very central, with most of Ancona center reachable on a walking distance The hotel and rooms are quite old and you can feel it. Basic rooms, OK if you don't want to spend too much.

The location of Hotel della Vittoria was very practical for visiting Ancona. It is a small, sort of old-fashioned hotel. The cleaning staff was super helpful when we checked-in electronically and no other staff was available or on premises. There is an outstanding restaurant downstairs from the hotel, called "Giardino." It is easy to walk most anywhere in Ancona from the Hotel. The front-desk staff is available only sporadically, but when they are present, they are helpful, friendly and professional. Checking in and paying for the municipal parking could be made a lot easier. The hotel asks guests to use a "Totem," which is rather inflexible, for the check-in process. This means, for example, that if you arrive before the 2:00 pm check-in, even if it's 1:56, you can neither leave your bags nor pay for the municipal parking. Given that the hotel has an agreement whereby guests are allowed to pay a reduced rate to park, and the fact that most municipal machines did not accept credit cards - only coins - it would have freed up valuable 'tourist time' if we'd been able to pay for the parking before we checked in. This does not seem too difficult for a "Totem." The breakfast was passable. Items were limited and not super fresh.
