No toilet paper when we got there and no a/c which became weak a/c

Location No in-person staff AC Fault and never was fixed No iron, only one pillow. But we begged for the iron and they provided.

Perfect location, spacious, amenities were provided generously. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Helpful, polite, accommodating staff. Clean, cozy room. In the city center. Air conditioning kept shut off frequently.

Location, modern style, friendly staff (over text messages), cleanliness. The AC unit is undersized for the room.

Excellent location & modern, spacious, comfortable room. Manager was quick to respond to any questions and offer help. The in-room biscuits & kettle were a nice touch. The shower would leak on to the floor which was a touch stressful. The main front door number lock is also a bit temperamental i.e. sometimes we'd have to enter the same code 2 or 3 times for it to work.

Very easy to check in, clean, spacious and lots of delicious complimentary treats ? Also, even though you are in the main square which is very loud, with the window shut you can’t hear anything! Nothing I was very pleased

Just like having your own apartment, they do clean, maybe everyday or other day, leave coffe tea and snacks, great location, walk to any type of food, good place

The location is fabulous. We had an overnight stop in Ancona before catching the ferry to Greece. Had no idea the old part of Ancona is so lovely, and Roma Rooms are right in the thick of it. It was passable for a one-night stopover but there were a few things which weren't great. The bed was quite hard (fine by me, but my wife did not sleep well). The furniture all seemed a bit cheap and flimsy. There was no water in the loo in the morning. All-in-all, I think we could have done better for the money.

Great location. Feels fake. It all looks good, modern, luxury, but it doesnt work, the shower was leaking, no password to Wi-Fi, extremely bad communication ("please send me the password on my phone, text message" and they sent it on my e-mail, when I was without internet; and the password was wrong...).

There was leftover food inside the fridge, but they quickly cleaned it as soon as I reported. Everything else was ok.

very good location in the center of the main square two separate beds instead of queen bed, the room was equipped with disable toilet which was discomfortable
