Great location close to the Ancona port, good daily breakfast, and INCREDIBLE staff. I unexpectedly needed an X-Ray for a telemedicine appointment and the staff found me a facility and doctor that same day! Nothing

Nice location, very convenient and close to everything. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was awesome, clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

What went well? Everything ! The room was spacious, beautifully and tastefully furbished, pure luxury ! It made one want to stay in the room and relax all day. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous, very professional, and the breakfast buffet was varied and suited to all tastes and preferences. Honestly, we wished we could have stayed longer! We were somewhat surprised by the very small size of the garage -- luckily we had requested to reserve a space when we booked. Oh, and as an aside : we much appreciated the free minibar and beverages and fruit, but it would have been nice to have 2 wineglasses as well, to enjoy the wine "in style"!
