A real gem and the perfect place for a peaceful, relaxing stay. Everything is carefully thought out, and from the moment you arrive, you feel genuinely welcomed. They go out of their way to make guests feel at home, and their warmth and hospitality really stand out. The staff were excellent across the board, from the restaurant team to reception and housekeeping. Everyone was friendly, professional, and attentive. The property was spotless, very comfortable, and in a great location. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be coming back! At times, the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable, and some TV channels didn't work properly.

Location was absolutely perfect, couldn’t have been any better, the decor and buildings are beautiful. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, we unfortunately didn’t sleep well ?

Great place to stop when waiting for the ferries. Staff was really helpful, had nice dinner at the bistro and breakfast was excellent! Highly recommend!

Well decorated, great views, nice breakfast, helpful staff. Our room overlooked the back of the hotel where trash was collected - with a lot of noise - at 5:30am each morning.

Great sea view of the harbor, and enjoyed fireworks display for the fisherman festival on our last night in Italy … what a special treat. Staff were especially helpful and the breakfast was great with beautiful sea views.

The accommodations were excellent. Every element was exceptional, even down to the breakfast - the best offered by a hotel I've stayed at. Staff was helpful, bedroom was comfortable, clean, and luxurious. Highly recommend.

Beautiful location, really nice view of the Ancona port the city and the sea. Love the outside bar for sunset cocktails. Also the location of the restaurant comes with a sea view and a nice terrace. Breakfast was pretty good. Friendly staff.
