Great location, helpful and warm host, clean bathrooms 24/7, room was also clean and had everything we needed The bedding smelled a bit funny

I had booked breakfast, but I was surprised to find it consisted of sweets and croissants. The breakfast cost no more than 3 euros. Unfortunately, the place is not good.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. There's a lift to help with big bags. Lovely old flat and close to restaurants and the sea front. Very, very good value.

It was good

I needed a place to stay for the night. I booked at around 7pm, arriving at 8pm. I was travelling for 3 weeks with motorbike and tent. Armando met me on the street while I was looking for the house number. Armando was helpful. There is an elevator in the building, so it was easy to get all my luggage to the room. I slept well there. If I stay in Ancona again, I'll come to Armando's. All the best to Armando.

Exceptional

Very clean with great accomodations, and 2 bathrooms. Had a pleasant shower experience and the beds were clean and nice. Perfect to come home after the beach. It was close to the port but a bit further away to the beach, nevertheless it was really accessible by bus. Also close to the centre and the owner was nice to give us some tips where to go in Ancona It was a bit far from the train station and the beach, but both were good accessible with the bus.

I liked that it was so central. that the staff were nice I didn't like the nozzle for the shower and the double bed was bad for couples.

The behavior of the staff is really good i like it. All of the issues resolved by staff so there's nothing that I don't like

It was okay for the prices and for a one night stay It smelled like there have been a dog in the room with the guess who stayed there before us. It just did not feel clean.

It was directly in the city. The Sheets of the bed were really old. It seemed like they didn’t got really washed. It smelled not good. There were hair on the bed… Mold in the bathroom.

Perfect central location, clean rooms and toilets, kitchen fully equipped. A small side lamp was missing in the room.

Very kind, reserved and efficient staff. Very quiet location and close to services.. I will return! Many Thanks
