Old building, AC was not working the first night!

Hotel is a small establishment within walking distance of the train station and city sites of Ancona. The room was reasonably large and clean with a small balcony overlooking the street. Breakfast service was good. Staff friendly. No fridge in room. No tea or coffee making facilities. Surrounding area is a bit grotty but ok to walk around at night.

Street parking is available near the hotel, and it's paid parking. The Wifi is good (20-50 mbps), with a stable connection. The smell of mold in the room.

It was really comfortable and it's the same thing in the picture and the food was really nice

Room 302, the mirror light was automatically switched off, while needing it. The base of the toilet paper needs fixing, as the paper falls off. The outside tents need cleaning as pollution has changed their color.

Parking gate no key for guest even reception was there they not pay attention to car whos come and go need to get out in car and tell them pls open gate. When we arrived tell us we open for you as we see in Cctv cars come and go but in 3 days stay same scenario as always

Breakfast was fantastic, great selection and proper Italian coffee and orange juice! Staff were friendly and spoke good English, helped us when our room key didn’t work initially and solved the problem quickly. Close to the train station for transport. The lift was very loud and we heard it bang each time it was used. It could be a little noisy at night with people in other rooms, it wasn’t very noise proof,
