Villa Conero

Great pool and tennis court. Staff was really really nice. Apartment was comfortable and clean.

Beautiful location in forested area on a cliff overlooking ocean. Nice bnb with comfortable bed, small living room and courtyard. All was fine. There is a sink outside in the courtyard, not inside the room:) Occasional traffic noise but very slight.

Beautiful property surrounded by lovely, peaceful grounds with vineyard. Very helpful, friendly host. Lovely comfortable bed, plenty of space, very clean and welcoming. Simple help yourself breakfast of bread, jam, yoghurt, salami, cheese etc. Coffee machine makes excellent Italian coffee! We’ve stayed here a few times en route to Ancona port and it’s very convenient - in a quiet, country position yet near to Ancona. Our dog loves it there - plenty of space for him to run around before spending 25 hours on the ferry to Greece! Nothing really except WiFi is slow and there was no 4G/5G in that area when we were there.

We stayed for 4 nights the first half of april in the maisonette, which was to short. Villa Conero is a real gem. The garden is emense. At the east end the steep slope starts down to the sea. You can see the sunrise at this point. There is a lovely soccer field for the "kids". Anna Rosa is a great host. It helps when you speak a little Italian. The smoke coming out of the chimney of the fireplace inside the main house, when the wind is coming from the seaside. It seems a chimney cleaning is due or the use of dryer wood.

The Wi-Fi was spotty and unreliable.

Perfect place for a short stay. Swimming pool and tennis court available. Kind hosts. Best to get there by car, but still possibile to use the bus (191) and walk.

Beautifully located object, with amazing surroundings, short distance to Ancora and Numana and Mezzavalle beach. Comfortable, quite place.

The photos don’t do this amazing haven justice. Anna-Rosa and her family are absolutely lovely. We had a very peaceful stay enjoying the immaculate facilities and swimming pool. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer!

The house, pool and staff were excellent. Beds are a little hard, AC a bit to weak in summers heat. No direct access to the sea.

Amazing Villa , beautiful landscapes. The location is great however is better to go by car than public transport.

Host was very friendly plenty of cake milk No sink downstairs much smaller than photos very cluttered bed very hard. You need a car or you will have to walk on a very buy road outside of the property or wait at a bus stop which is in the busy road. No information on buses etc in property

Exceptional location, the surrounding area is just amazing, right there is a very fine swimming pool and several other possibilities and options how to spend a day, tennis court, trampoline, a lot of space in let’s call it little “park” , the view from the garden towards the Adriatic see is stunning. The owners are very friendly, i have to say! We were using the apartment and not B&B, unfortunately the photo of a kitchen from an booking advert simple does not reflect a reality. As a keen cook I like equipped and functional kitchen, this is not the case. The kitchen is not event equipped with basic set of dishes – essential things are missing. Other accessories are not working properly, dishwasher - missing, kitchen hood – does not work, fridge – unfrozen, lights are somehow messed up…etc. I realized after discussion with the owner that our views on that are completely different and that’s absolutely fine.

A lot of space to play with kids, beautiful pool, perfect for families.
