Very convenient location near the airport for late arrivals and clients with a car. It is not for pedestrians who want to be in the middle of the town. The breakfast is a plus, good for the price. The staff is friendly. The hotel is clean and convenient. It is quite basic but in line with the price

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Location was quiet. Breakfast was satisfactory. Walls seems to be made of paper. You can hear a conversation from every room on a floor, or when someone is leaving or coming. When cleaning staff start to work in the morning, that's it for sleeping.

Location good for touring the area. Room was smallish but adequate for two nights. It was clean. Bed comfortable. Good shower. Good choice for breakfast. Staff were friendly. We often stay in Ibis hotels as they all have a similar standard that we trust. And good value for money. The only negative was the towels! Very thin and seemed very old.

Excellent location for the airport (4 min drive). Very friendly and efficient staff. Definitely recommend. The food menu consists of ready made meals that the hotel staff heat up. This is convenient and quick, and to be fair they tasted ok, but it's a shame they don't have a cook there on site.

Free parking in front of the hotel. I stayed only one night, in transit, basic room for not such a cheap price. Super small room for 3 ppl. Bad instructions from the reception person (I was asking how to reach Biarritz city center amd where to park and he sent me on a promenade place of Anglet via googlemaps). I guess there's a lack of English speaking staff.

Very close to the airport. Nice location for early flights.

The room was clean and so was the bathroom. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was so tiny we could barely fit a cot for our baby. It was also hot at night- the state of the air-conditioning machine was shocking. This hotel definitely needs an upgrade. Sadly, we won't be staying there again.
