Sure Hotel by Best Western Biarritz Aeroport

The staff was super nice and helpful. Spoke both English and French, and helped me even though I was having trouble with my booking It was great. The only minor thing is that it wasn't a smart TV but watching cable took me back to the old days.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant and the food was delicious. I didn’t like the outdoor metal steps to get to the second floor. It was difficult to carry luggage up.

Slept in a single bed. Thought it was quite small making it difficult to be comfrotable.

Location to the airport for an early morning departure was key. Room was clean, bed was comfortable Not many restaurants to walk to, but Uber Eats solved that problem.

After a long day of driving, both my dog and I were greeted with big smiles and welcoming attitudes. They even kept the restaurant open a little longer so I could have dinner. The room exceeded my expectations. It must have been recently renovated as the first smells to greet me upon opening the door were fresh paint and freshly cut wood––what a good surprise! I had such a pleasant stay that I booked a second might on my return journey at the end of the week. It was a big disappointment to discover (on my second visit) the restaurant is not open Friday nights. After a long drive, I was too tired to get back into the car and drive somewhere else.

Breakfast room was clean and tidy, good breakfast selection. The bed was comfortable; air-condition works well. The room/s could use updating; stain on the flooring specially in the bathroom. Parking is very limited; good luck finding a spot.

The only hotel in walking distance from the Biarritz airport. Do not miss the hotel breakfast with local cheese, yogurt, crepes and a latte machine.

The Nespresso coffee machine in the room. Decent desk for work. The dinner in the restaurant was very good and good value. The hotel is a 5 minutes walk from the airport in Biarritz. It is a small airport with few flights, the occasional noise was no problem for me. Parking was free.

Good quality for the price. Most of the staff seems to be tired/unwelcoming and the lack of perfect english is scandalous for this job, but that is a characteristic feature of most of this country,so didn't impress me. Late night flights will jump you from the bed (the hotel is right in front of the airport). Some items in the breakfast seems no be tasty/fresh.

We were able to walk to the airport for our morning flight, although there was no clear pedestrian path marked and so you walk through a weird parking lot. They had fresh-squeezed orange juice with the breakfast. The room had a damp musty smell. The shower leaked so the entire floor got soaked! There was no fan so it stayed damp. This hotel is ridiculously over-priced!

Count your change. The clerk "accidently" miscounted my change when I paid the tax at check in.

The room was a good size and the en-suite was massive. We arrived five minutes after the kitchen had technically closed but they were still willing to serve us dinner. The staff were all excellent. The bed was hard and we were supplied with coffee pods and a kettle ?. The eating area is a little bit too much like a MacDonalds.
