Very firm bed. No towels in room.

Anthony in the front desk was very nice and available. It was clean. The location is not the best but since I came driving was ok. Dis not liked the fact the check in is made in a different hotel next in a couple of meters. The room is very small and we listen to everything outside. Cars airplanes … very loud, very noisy. No tooth brush…

It was hard to find the reception, instructions were not clear and the staff could be nicer

Although next to the airport it was not this traffic that kept us awake but the main road next to the hotel. The soundproofing is non existent so heard cars all night plus guests at all hours! Still only paid £37 for the night so cannot really complain for a brand new room!

Nothing!!! Horrible experience!! Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Do not stay here!!! No staff on site, room wreaked of smoke and urine, couldn’t safely open the windows, no lock on door, people fighting all night in the room next door, filthy, huge hole in bathroom wall, mold and grime everywhere. Broken glass in parking lot. We feel very deceived by booking. Oh and with no staff on site, check in was an awful experience. Broken glass in parking lot and in a sketchy area.

It was a building site nearly every room was being refurbished.You had to go next door to the Campomile hotel to get the key.That hotel was also being refurbished absolute shambles.The hotel should not have been open or advertised on your site , an absolute disgrace.

The location is close to the bus station and half-way to major cities (Bayonne, Anglet and center of Biarritz) The room was not clean at all. No doors on toilet, only curtain to separate it 70 cm from the bed. Very rude staff. Rooms are located outside of the main entrance area and are exposed straight to the road.
